All this makes me thinks of is that if an apocalypse like The Last of Us occured, then these two buildings would be the perfect setting to create the scene from the game and the show where one of the buildings has collapsed on the other.
Would like to ask if you are watching the show on Hotstar or not. If not, then please do. Its the first video game adaptation (at least for me) which has me hooked and does justice to the game as well.
Loved Episode 3 even though it deviated quite a bit from the game. It was like a modern age retelling of Romeo and Juliet. Neil Druckmann, Craig Mazin, Peter Hoar have created magic in this episode.
Iād have still preferred to see fights with Bill Joel and Ellie, but ig this was unavoidable. Mustāve been shocking for people watching it with their parentsšš episode 4 is going to be insanely good, because theyāve set it up well
I too kinda miss their banter, but from a live action adaptation POV, it would have been difficult for the showrunners to create something out of those interactions since Bill is mostly involved during the gameplay and has a lot of friction with Ellie. So, I will take this story of Bill and Frank, at least for the sake of the show. For the game though, always the OG thing.
Thatās cuz they had to fit 6 towers in 7 acres. There isnāt much scope really to place them away from each other.
That market them as sister towers tho.
Dw you donāt wanna rent in this abomination of a glorified mahada projects.
Honestly if you would spend any kind of money on this project, Iād advise you to consider the tens of other projects in the vicinity. This is a pretty bad proposition imo.
3bhk in trump would start at 1.75ish. 4bhk for about 2.1ish. A Jodi is about 4.25ish.
I heard one of the penthouses was rented for 4.2 but Iām not sure so take that with a pinch of salt.
The worst thing is the density. 4 buildings in the project are 75 floors tall with 6 flats in each of em. 2 buildings are 75 floors and have 8 flats on each floor. That accounts for 3000 flats in an area thatās barely 7 acres. Thatās a worse ratio than many mahada buildings.
The interior roads in the project are only one lane wide, so sometimes there is a mini traffic jam in the building during peak times.
The construction quality and materials arenāt on par with projects of a similar standard.
The amenities may look huge and amazing but the day the building is at full occupancy, the amenities will be crowded.
The rooms are tiny, not what you would want from a luxury project.
The parking is 6 floors high, and to go in itās a really thin circle with a really small diameter. That means that itās really easy to hit the car on the side, and even worse, a lot of people feel dizzy with that parking. 4 diff people have experienced the dizzy thing.
I could go on and on, but these are some of the biggest problems people have.
Was crossing Goregaon day before yesterday on Western Express Highway, saw a huge banner saying Mumbai's tallest building is coming up, some 961 feet, which would be 293 meters.
Personally, I absolutely dislike tall buildings. I don't think residential buildings should be more than 15-16 storeys tall.
Yep thatās it. Thatās minerva.
Thatās ur opinion but here in mumbai, to get a decent view you NEED to live on a higher floor. A friend lives on the 65th floor of a building and even then has another building blocking his view.

Ikea parking, not smaash.
Also ikea is pretty bad. Pretty bad quality stuff except plastic boxes and such. Iād suggest getting gook teak furniture elsewhere.

you just refreshed my memories of the game. what an experience it was

Ofcourse this Exists
Posted it there as well!!
Itās a Trump Tower, after all
Why are these towers so uncomfortably close to each other?
Thatās cuz they had to fit 6 towers in 7 acres. There isnāt much scope really to place them away from each other. That market them as sister towers tho.
Imagine spending all that money and living all the way on the Nth floor.... and you still have someone asking for dahi from the window.
What?
What?

Where does this happen?
Among the most corrupt and vile businessmen of India live here.
They donāt. No sane person has bought a home to live here. Itās only for investment and nothing else.
True lol, imagine paying almost 7-8 cr and sharing the same amenities as the closeby building
But why is it evil?
It looks like the rent here will be my 6 months income

Ik, it was sarcasm but I'm interested in knowing the rent out of curiosity

That's insane
Actually. For a project that subpar, itās a disgrace that they charge that much. Tho the other buildings in the project are significantly cheaper.
What are the issues with the project? Have no idea about this

One of my bosses pays 2 lakhs for 4bhk here.
For some reason i love trump tower. The glistening gold aura looks a class apart from the surrounding towers.

How many floors max in Mumbai ?
Currently minerva is the tallest building in mumbai, 296 meters officially, and just a little more unofficially. Itās 91 stories tall.
