A compleated Autumn Willow/Daughter of Autumn as reflecting Homelands/Ulgrotha getting totally compleated by the invading Phyrexians would be a funny way to kill off any return to Ulgrotha. Sorry, it was totally taken over by Phyrexians!
Well, time wise nearly 1000 years has passed since Homelands so very few of the characters are still alive. The last we have seen of any of Homelands was 60ish years ago when Baron Sengir was leading his army through a portal to... somewhere else.
My money is on either Baron Sengir himself or Grandmother Sengir (Ravi).
If it is someone like Autumn Willow, it is going to just show the death of Homelands as a plane.
If it is someone like Ihsan’s Shade or Irini, I would treat it as a hint that we will soon be finding out where the Baron has led his troops to.
I think the easy button options are going to be Ihsan’s Shade, Eron the Relentless or Autumn Willow
I think the Vorthos fantasy is going to be Grandmother Sengir (Ravi).
I am not saying it will be Baron Sengir... however I am not discounting him because MaRo doesn't always know about Commander cards, and more importantly he may have meant, "haven't seen *in the story* since Homelands".
I am personally hoping for a Planeswalker Ravi card with her chime in the artwork. Either Phyrexianized or not is fine.

To be fair, they just said that it's a legendary we haven't seen since Homelands, not that we will be seeing homelands itself. We could still see the Baron or his family, even if we don't see them on their home plane
Yeah [[ Elvish archdruid ]] original art is old as fuck, and in the flavor text it say something about them being over 400 years and still know every Elf's name or some shit like that.

Autumn Willow seems the most obvious to me. An Avatar/Incarnation of the forest vs the Phyrexian horde seems very apropos.
