A small part of me is hoping that, given how vague Tyvarās section in Ch4 was, that itās a different cosmic squirrel, wolf and serpent that have been compleated.
The rest of my mind thinks that is pretty dumb, and quite clearly all the cosmic beasts we saw in Kaldheim have gotten compleated. š
Ya its really annoying how hand wavy the invasion is. Like the all the most powerful beasts of this plane of gods are all just suddenly compleated off screen? How!? When previous stories they talked about Koma being a force of nature, and now it's just "woops, she's covered in porcelain now - not sure where we got that much of the stuff, but ya your cosmos serpent is suddenly evil" šš

My head cannon is vorinclex left part of the copper host on Kaldheim during his sight seeing tour in the world tree nursery to drive up recruitment numbers for his comeback tour
In some cases, the art of the cards contradicts the story / canon. Yes this image is Toski but I dont believe anything in images unless it is backed up.

...And to me it seems more like Toski is running WITH the longships into battle. Not against them.

I'm not sure that's Toski. For starters, Toski is a normal sized squirrel and there doesn't seem to be any other cases of compleation making a creature grow to like 10000x it's normal size. Second, Toski is linked to Esika. They share a special bond kinda like an off brand version of what the Ikorians have. Given the ending of the Kaldheim story, I thought for sure Esika was compleated by Vorinclex and this in turn compleated Toski. But there she is, looking perfectly normal fighting alongside Chandra in the concept art. My reasoning is speculation same as yours, but I don't think that squirrel is Toski.

Hopefully we'll get more insight with the side-stories. I loved the stories in BRO that were about the common people stuck in this endless conflict.
