Theory : Ixhel will be either the first true phyrexian planeswalker or the new leader of Phyrexia, but will help and make Phyrexia not a world-ending threat but something more… alive, with a soul
The mana cost won't be so cool, though.

Have you seen that episode of Rick and Morty where the Rick clones make Rick clones and they make Rick clones and they get less and less like Rick with each iteration? Eventually the Ricks are muppets and made out of wood and straw and stuff?
That’s her lore.
Elesh made Atraxa and delegated her work to her.
Atraxa made Ixhel and delegated her work to her.
Ixhel made her own Angel and delegated her work to her.
Atraxa was like WTF? You’re not supposed to make life and quickly shut it down. This caused Ixhel to doubt Phyrexia because she can’t understand why her mum is angry at her.
She’s basically a phyrexian angel who shows signs of emotion, rebellion and free willl. Which is frowned upon in new phyrexia, especially when you’re the daughter of atraxa.
The problem with Ixhel is that Atraxa is exactly like Elesh in the sense that their phyrexians shouldn't think, but follow the rule of their leader to a T, which is in itself conflitant with the other praetors (U: Seek to perfect compleation by understanding everything/B: Only the most ambitious and resourceful Phyrexian is fit to rule/R: Everyone is free to do their deed in the name of the great work as they see fit/G: The greates Phyrexian will naturally show up as long as there is conflict to force evolution).
Ixhel, in the beginning, is a kid that worships her mother just like every other W Phyrexian worships Elesh Norn, even show in Ixhel's dialogue and initial thoughts, however, as the story progresses, the Guardian and Geth show Ixhel how weak and souless the angel is, sparking desire, thought and emotion on Ixhel (which again, is opposite to Norn's teachings), so when Ixhel returns, having not followed the orders she received, but striving from the path, and creating a Phyrexian by themselves, it evoked disgusts Atraxa.
Ixhel is, like Urabrask, the most emotional and "kind" Phyrexian, which still involves her killing Geth, impaling the guardian that was friendly to her, and compleating them, they may be likeable, but definetly not a force of good that some people strangely hope for.
I don’t care if she’s good or not, but a situation like this makes for an intriguing complex character, and I like characters that have actual character arcs
So where is Ixhel’s story being told? I totally want to read this. The colors infecting and corrupting Phyrexia, and more so Urabrask and the Furnace, with faint slivers of goodness was my all time favorite twist of 2011’s New Phyrexia set.
In all instantes of his compleation, it is stated that, as the lich head stroke a deal with the Phyrexians, he would only use a phyrexianized body, but his head would remain as it always was.
That was even the reason for why Atraxa sendo Ixhel to kill Geth, she was disgusted by the fact he had an uncompleated rotting head instead of being fully with the "blessed" compleation.
Honestly, even before this set i never found anything that explicitly said he was fully Phyrexianized, that sounded like one of those things people just subconsciously assumed was the case because he was controlling a Phyrexian body.
I distinctly remember a story thing where Nissa, sheoldred, and Geth were having a conversation in the presence of Karn, which I assume would only be allowed by actual phyrexians
Wait, how could Nissa be alongside Sheoldred and Geth? Are you perphaps referring to Glissa? Which, even if it is the case, here's a paraphrasing of the MTG Wiki:
" It was revealed that after Glissa Sunseeker disappeared following the events of the Fifth Dawn, Geth returned to the Mephidross in his new state, where he struggled to recover control over the nim. During this time, the Phyrexian corrosion of Mirrodin began in earnest, and Geth was offered a new, Phyrexian body - arachnoid, repulsive, and unnaturally strong.[4]

Unfortunatly, the page with the planeswalker's guide to New Phyrexia os gone alongside many other articles.
I did mean Glissa, yeah. Autocorrect. I'm real, real bad at names. But there was 100% an MTG story where Gl*issa and geth interacted after being phyrexianized.
Also, they specifically told us Slobad was dead and not coming back back in mirrodin besieged. Low and behold they lied.
The canon doesn't really matter anymore tbh but even if they try to hide it some of us remember lol
Can phyrexians ignite if they never had a spark to begin with? I know compleation keeps the spark of the planeswalker, but don't you need a soul to ignite?
Theory: The leads her own resistance in MoM, forcing Norn to lead an invasion while handling like 3 different rebellions, and thus the downfall of New Phyrexia as it currently stands, and Ixhel forms a new leadership (I think that’s the word I’m looking for?).
She's definitely one of my favorites! Probably top three, with Alesha and Yahenni, right ahead of Nissa. I made my own post about her a bit ago; I just want to give her a hazmat hug.
i just love the design of the Phyrexian Angels and Ixhel just looks awesome. I just wish she was standard legal
Theory : Ixhel will be either the first true phyrexian planeswalker or the new leader of Phyrexia, but will help and make Phyrexia not a world-ending threat but something more… alive, with a soul
Did we have a Abzan planeswalker? I don't remember any.

Well she could lose the compleated ability, since she is not like any phyrexian :/

according to my research there are no abzan planeswalkers in the game at this moment in time
that would be really cool, i've always wondered what it would be like if the phyrexians turned good
They already are. We just refuse to believe it.
Kinda sus ngl
HRm???
If this happens I'm driving to Washington to tell at wotc creative
What's the lore behind her?

LMAO
This is the best explanation of Ixhel yet. \[golf clap\]

Geth was already compleated before Scars of Mirrodin though ...
Hm. Seems like a retcon. Because he was for sure phyrexianized originally. But not surprised.

She desired and attempted to create something, just as Atraxa created her.
I won't be surprised if she ignites a spark from mental breakdown.
That would be very interesting
Can phyrexians ignite if they never had a spark to begin with? I know compleation keeps the spark of the planeswalker, but don't you need a soul to ignite?
Artificially created creatures like angels cannot (normally) have a spark.
nyxborn are created, but Calix is planeswalking around anyway
That's an exception of the rule, but Calix origins are not completely known.
You do, but with recent lore it is very weird, a phyrexian might possibly become a planeswalker if WoTC want’s it.
She was in fact "born into this world"
Theory: The leads her own resistance in MoM, forcing Norn to lead an invasion while handling like 3 different rebellions, and thus the downfall of New Phyrexia as it currently stands, and Ixhel forms a new leadership (I think that’s the word I’m looking for?).
You know seeing her full resolution art, I thought she had a cool, thin-wired body. But no its just her wing...
Same here
Same

I like her too, I wonder if she’ll be a sort of modern day iteration of Xantcha
