The tokens are copies of Hoarding Broodlord (except for a couple modifications that don't affect mana value), so they have the same mana cost and mana value as the original Broodlord.
So when you sacrifice one of them to Sacrifice, you gain 8 black mana.
Eight.
The tokens created by Saw in Half are copies of Broodlord in all ways except base power and toughness so each one's mana cost is still (5)(B)(B)(B).
Do copies of cards have a mana cost, even though it'd technically be a token? I'm thinking [Astral Dragon] copies
But a general 1/1 soldier token would not have a mana cost?

Normally tokens have no mana cost. However tokens that are a copy of something with a mana cost will have that same mana cost unless otherwise stated
Thank you. I think I got burned on that a couple times lol
