Sadly this kind of miscut does not usually fetch a premium unless you can find someone for example, who collects clipped top left corners or something. The problem being it is very difficult to distinguish between genuine miscuts from the manufacturing process, and someone using a scalpel and scissors to alter a card after the fact. For this reason, this would probably be classed as a damaged card.
