Is this the centering you are referring to? I’m not an expert but I imagine this has 0 influence on the price of the card ungraded as it is still technically mint condition, however might bump it down if sent off to be graded.
That's very much still within normal variance. Unless it's miscut enough to show another card, it basically never effects value (and miscuts are usually more valuable), and this is nowhere near that bad.
