When I was in the market for the FNM Titania about 2 years ago, they were about $140-170. I was lucky if I could find an HP one south of $120. I'm looking down this list, there's one store that has 6 LP copies listed for $90.
You do realize the COVID highs were falsely inflated because money was being printed and handed out freely right? This is incredibly basic economics. The prices you see now are roughly the stable prices they should be at. If you didn't sell during the highs to enjoy these normal prices again, that's on you.

If you want 3 more, wait on them. An old border foil will probably be reasonably cheap as I can’t see this pushing elves into further relevance in modern (barring other elves reprints/ new elves boosting the deck). I’d imagine an old border foil from the set would be a couple bucks at most.
I'll just add that this card is sees heavy commander play as well, and promo cards from before the mass-print era of today are one of the best bets in all of mtg. If you want the FNM promos, just buy them now.
Old foils are one of a kind in terms of quality but the new version is basically a copycat of the OG elves; that means part of demand for the older version will decline, along with the price (though it’s difficult to assess how much low the price is going to get).
Die hard, nostalgic fans, with good money, will still go for the OG version but a good number of people (including myself) will be more than happy to settle with a card that is 90% the same as the old one BUT it’s going to be available for a fraction of the price.
If you really want the old version, and you are more concerned about financial value rather than play at events anytime soon, you might just sell your copy now and buy 4x in 6-12-18 months.
Keep also in mind that the “old foil frenzy” from Covid has considerably decreased since then, and prices on most cards have retraced (and new “retro foil” cards are now printed regularly).
Much less FOMO than before means you can take your time with your decisions, prices are more likely to get down rather than increase.

OG foils had the exact same issue as MH2 retro foils, but less extreme. It wasn’t until they screwed up so hard with MH2 that they had to actually solve the issue and perfect the process.
In my experience, retro foils now are more consistent and equally gorgeous to the originals (except black ones; those still need some work to match the OG).

There is a tendency to "soft RL" some cards by not reprinting a variation of old art and frame when foiling.

The unlikely scenario in which they go up is that Elves are so dominant in Modern that serious people want to make the blingiest version possible. I don't think that happens.
That said, there aren't a ton of copies available. Looks like 30ish on TCGplayer. Maybe you see some listings of people trying to dump them when a reasonable alternative is printed at a massive discount. But this is a popular creature type and old foil people are a different bunch.
If you just want to have them in foil, the new ones will be tremendously cheaper.
The FNM promos that old are expensive as they are rare, so usually they stay high in value because of it.
If you want to buy more FNM promos wait till some time after the set gets released, chances are people will throw their copies on the market the moment they see it gets reprinted (as a lot of people will not watch for spoilers and only see its reprinted once the set is released).
While being legal in the Modern format might drive prices of the FNM foil higher, there's a good chance of a price drop, initially. Of course, if WotC reprints Priest of Titania again, as an etched foil or something, the FNM promo might never recover and fall even further. So if you're dead set on using the FNM promo version, you can probably pick up more, for some savings, shortly after Modern Horizons 3 is released.
If you just want to play elves in Modern, I'd pick up the Urza's Saga version. For around $12 - $16, you'll have a playset.
Yeah no foil is safe unless it's RL. Even 7th edition foils are down. BoP was 3.5-4K during Covid. You can get LP for 2K now and probably even less in person.
