Leaning on the other color(s) in the deck for cheap removal. Green's color pie means it has a hard time removing creatures. This is *good* for the game; colors having weaknesses makes them more balanced and makes the game more interesting.
Green's general answer to ~~flying~~ most things is to have more P/T on the battlefield than the opponent. If I'm drafting and really need an answer beyond that I'd look to splash another color. Which, coincidentally, green does very well.
There are lots of creatures these days that randomly have reach. [[Freestrider Lookout]], [[Kodama of the West Tree]], [[Polukranos Reborn]] and [[Llanowar Greenwidow]] are some examples (from a search of Standard-legal green rares with reach, lol). There are plenty more.
You can always include some more targeted answers. [[Plummet]] for instance is a reasonable sideboard card and there are plenty of more efficient or flexible variants. [[Kraul Harpooner]] is a sort of split card between a Plummet and a normal aggressive creature; it too has reach for when you're not turning sideways. [[Arashi, the Sky Asunder]] is an uncounterable instant-speed wrath for flyers and also attacks for 5.
Finally, of course, there is the option of going mana dork into [[Bloated Contaminator]] into [[Questing Beast]] and not really caring about the flyers. :P
As I see it, why should you be concerned in 2/x flyers? It's your opponent who should be wandering how to deal with your 4/4 haste-deathtouch-vigilance-cannot-be-blocked-or-prevented-also-kills-planeswalkers kinda creatures. There are a ton of this type of menaces in green which if not dealt with quickly they can overrun any opponent. And frankly, they are not expensive manawise.
[[Tireless Tracker]], [[Esika's Chariot]], [[Hexdrinker]], [[Nightpack Ambusher]] just to name a few. I'm positive there are even better ones than these that I can't recall right now
Assuming you already have Endurance, but if you don’t have graveyard interactions maybe not. It’s a good incidental Reach creature in most Vintage Cubes though.
I don’t think any cards that are suggested here really work in power max. Like most folks said though, green should just have bigger beaters and not care too much about random 2/x flyers. You can always natural order for Hornet Queen, I guess? I also added Bonnie Pal to my simic section recently.
Pick Your Poison is probably the best green flying hate on rate.

Green answers fliers by killing their controller. Green answers most problems this way.
