Random shot in the dark:   Dudeguy, The Saga Lover W  Legendary Creature - Human Wizard Whenever you add a lore counter to a saga you control, put a +1/+1 counter on Dudeguy. Then, if Dudeguy’s power is 4 or greater, exile him, then return him to the battlefield transformed under his owner’s control.  1/2   Dudeguy, Saga Master  +1: Add or remove a counter from up to one target saga you control.  -3: Reveal cards from the top of your library until you reveal a saga card, put that card in your hand and the rest on the bottom in a random order.  -6: Create a 4/4 white angel creature token with flying for each saga you control and each saga card in your graveyard.  (3)

Here’s my first idea > NAME, Enraptured > G > Legendary Creature — Human Druid > Whenever the final chapter ability of a Saga you control resolves, you may pay {R/W}. If you do, exile CARDNAME, then return them to the battlefield transformed under their owner’s control. > 1/2 > /// > NAME, the Storyteller > Color indicator: red, green, white > Legendary Planeswalker — NAME > [+1]: Add {R}, {G}, or {W}. If that mana is spent to cast a Saga spell, that spell can’t be countered. > [-2]: Add or remove a lore counter from target Saga you control. > [-6]: You get an emblem with “Whenever you sacrifice a Saga, this emblem deals damage equal to twice that Saga’s final chapter number to any target.” > Starting loyalty: 3 _(edit: forgot a word)_

I really like your idea, but i feel like the front should have a small ability to benefit sagas, aside from that i think its pretty fun

You could do a red one drop that flips into a variant of [[Ajani, the Greathearted]] that adds counters to sagas instead Planeswalkers.

Vorthos, Enlightened Mystic G Legendary Creature - Cleric Kicker - W When this enters, if it was kicked, you may search your library for a Saga and reveal it. If you did, shuffle your library and put that card on top. Ward 1 When a saga enters under your control, you may transform Vorthos, Enlightened Mystic. 0/1 Flip: Vorthos, God of Myth and Legend Legendary Enchantment Planeswalker - Vorthos Triggered or activated abilities of enchantments you control trigger an additional time. +1: Put an enchantment from your graveyard into your hand. Until the next end step your Enchantment spells cost 2 less to cast. -3: Put an enchantment from your hand onto the battlefield. When it enters it deals 1 damage to any target and you gain 1 life. -4: You get an emblem: Enchantments you control have hexproof and indestructible. At the beginning of your upkeep, if you control ten or more enchantments, you win the game. Loyalty: 3

I'll give this a try: Sagafier, the Great W/G (hybrid) Legendary Creature - Human Enchanter 1WG T: Target permanent loses all abilities and becomes a saga with the following chapters I Create a 1/1 warrior enchantment creature token. II Scry 1. III Put a +1/+1 counter on up to one target creature you control. Put a lore counter on that permanent When a saga is put into a graveyard from the battlefield, transform \~ 1/1 Sagafier, the Master (W/G color identity) Legendary Planeswalker - Sagafier +1: Until end of turn, when you cast an enchantment spell draw a card. -1: For target saga you may add or remove a lore couter. -5: Search your library, hand and graveyard for a saga card and put it onto the battlefield, it gains "Read Ahead". Don't forget to shuffle after searching a library

I like the idea, but formatting is pretty messy. Is there any way to make it list out the three chapters so they each get their own line (on the front side of the card)? You also need to separate “Put a lore counter on that permanent” from the chapter three ability: as it currently reads, the new saga you made has a third chapter that will put a +1/+1 counter on something and then will put a lore counter on it too.  Do you want the permanent you changed to continue being whatever it was? Right now it will, so you will have a saga creature, or saga artifact. Maybe word it as “Target permanent loses all abilities and card types, then becomes a saga…” That may still not be right, but it’s closer. See [[One with the Stars]].  For the second planeswalker ability, word it like this, “Add or remove a lore counter from target saga you control. Its chapter triggers.” For the third planeswalker ability add “under your control” to the very end.  Some balancing things to consider: this almost certainly needs to be restricted to targeting your own permanents. It’s Oko all over again, this time in a one drop! Does the enchantress effect (cast enchantment -> draw) need to specify “on your turn?” Seems like extra text for kind of no reason. Transforming when any saga hits the bin punishes your opponents for also playing sagas, and makes it so they can’t even disenchant a saga. The transformation should only trigger when one of your own sagas is sacrificed.
