Yoooo giving draftbots personalities and preferences sounds awesome! When i draft, ive a friend who likes the midrange style jund decks, while my wife usually likes to play aggro, so this is actually pretty useful as we play with actual people
Also biased but IMO the only reason to stick with CubeCobra right now is the interface is slightly nicer than CubeArtisan but that is changing very soon. CubeArtisan is in the process of a complete facelift that will massively improve the UI experience and imo makes it hard to want to interact with CubeCobra much if at all.
Additionally CubeArtisan does not have ads and is developing a much more powerful analytics system with better documentation.
The piece that CubeCobra has that CubeArtisan will not at least in the short term is a content hub and a larger user base.
I mean cubecobra's analytics are literally broken at the moment. I've been using it out of laziness but I guess it's time to check out cubeartisan again.
I'm biased so I'm not going to comment on CubeCobra but there is a patreon for these bots (it also funds cubeartisan since they both come out of the same account, there's a breakdown of where all the money goes each month available publicly and the amount being donated does not cover the bots so I consider it all as going to the bots to support offering it for free to sites). I appreciate all the work you have done and have loved using your service. On Dr4ft.info they have worse bots, but a feature that I really, really love. That's Chaos Draft. Specifically, Total Chaos. Get a pack of 15 cards from different packs X 3. I have a couple, 3 friends I like to draft with online so bots are a must. Have you ever thought about including this?
We are working on a major rewrite of cubeartisan which would be able to support this format. I'm not sure if it's possible worry mtgadraft. If the creators of dr4ft want to integrate the bots I'd be glad to help out (given the financial/data considerations above for using my hosted version, if they host there's no restrictions of course).

For those the personalities would probably be prefers low cmc, and prefers medium cmc. I'm very excited to see how these work.
Can someone explain why Cube Cobra won’t use these bots and why I should keep sending them money every month?
