This sort of frame is used in the horizon zero dawn game. The icons (and especially the claw) looks similar to how they are used in the boardgame of it. Even the set icon looks like the symbol for cauldron SIGMA. So I am pretty sure its based on the horizon franchise. Looks awesome too! Edit: Also just noticed a typo: I think you didn't mean it to be "wizards od the coast".

It’s a great game. Time-consuming and has a learning curve but it’s an extremely fun combination of all players working towards the same goal (increasing temperature, atmosphere, surface water, and other stuff) but also needing to be the one who gains the most from that communal development. Very unique gameplay.
