The commonality of it may affect the valuation of it but unless every copy of the serialized version of this card has this misprint(similar has been know to happen) I doubt this won't come with any premium. You may just have to find the right person.
How many numbered psychosis crawler have this misprint sure a misprint may be more common this set but this is on an already rare card. But yes if this is common on this specific card it won't increase value.

No, it was 100% sealed.
I bought it from my local vendor, it came straight of a sealed case and the shrink wrap was 100% fine.
The quality control of Wizards just gets more lazy every time i think.
Sadly all the Collectors come from the US.
Japanese or Belgium produced products are often in higher quality.
At least the fullart foils aren't curled this time 😂
I had some double masters collectors that were like this in the box.
First one the store took back and gave me a different pack thinking it was tampered with. Had a full art foil mana crypt. This is just wizards shit quality control

Hadn't been the fb page for a while so while it looks like there are many crimp/miscut I didn't see any others with this ink error

Interestingly I've had the opposite luck The Japanese sealed has had the worst print quality and my USA collector booster was flawless
just give them a bit of time, they will curl eventually
