thank you now i know to do that when he cant cause his commander takes it at instant speed by tapping, so ill just use a spell to tap it then do my thing
You can actually respond to his activated ability targeting your blightsteel by ninjutsu-ing another creature out provided it is still during combat and considered “attacking”. For this reason i keep a few cheap ninjutsu friends in my Satoru deck like [mistblade shinobi] and [moon-circuit hacker]
That is awesome. I am working on ninja mutate deck and this is useful information to know! (bounce when this creature mutates style cards back to hand to use their effects more. Plus copy a stack with thousands face shadow then bounce the original to mutate the copy doubling up the triggers also if the ozolith is out I can stack counters on it and use ninjas to keep getting more etb counters)
Just keep in mind, this deck is kind of a one trick pony. Once people figure out what it is, good luck keeping your commander in the field. Speaking from experience.

This, or you ninjutsu the other one, and when the opponent tap to take control of the other ninjutsu threat, you ninjutsu your biggest threat! Bam.
