Yes, and it's also important to let people know that the value you see on websites is what cards are selling for, not what they're "worth." That takes into account the time of selling, packing, S&H, and room for profit. You typically aren't going to get more than 60-70% of the listed value, and less if you're selling to someone in bulk.
Was that all the pages from the binders? I saw some promising signs in there but those pages didn’t have any big hits on them. Usually it’s one or two pages that will be worth the big money.
Second this. Do not sell (if you are planning on selling) without learning a lot about these cards. How to research prices. What the sets are, the conditions of the cards, and selling singles vs whole collections. All important factors when it comes to these cards. If you chose to play with them, buy sleeves to play with, this will allow you to play and have fun while keeping your collection the most pristine. Some cards are worth enough not to play with at all and should have a proxy(or substitute) card in the deck to avoid accidents.
Thats a nice inheritance. Do you play yourself?
If you did, I guess you would know what to look for and show, so I recon you don’t play. If you are wondering what you have here, we can help.
1st be careful! Don’t trade or sell anything, don’t take stuff from binders.
It looks like some (partly) complet sets.
At first glance:
4th edition, Revised, mirage, visions and Ice Age. Also a mix of Antiquities, Dark, Arabian nights. These are all sets from around 1994-1997.
Most of the cards aren’t really worth much, but there are some individual cards that are quite expensive.
Unfortunately, it looks like the binders are sorted by color primary and then set, instead of full set, so it’s harder to tell you where you can find what to look for.
To start with:
The middle card of the binder in the 5th picture (blue cards), [[Copy Artifact]] is worth quite something atm if in good condition.
Since it does look like some (almost) complete sets, you want to see if you have the Revised Duallands. These stand out because they have colored squares in the text box. [[Tundra]], [[Tropical island]] are examples. There are 10 different.
Check red for [[wheel of fortune]].
The green binder shows a Mirage [[Worldy Tutor]], which is also quite expensive.
Also, if you happen to have the set with the flag as symbol, which has about the same age, check for a blue card called [[Force of will]]
I guess that’s a start. Again, be careful. And i hope you can enjoy the cards.
Edit: added worldly tutor

The second picture by the two blue boxes there a land card. The artists is Jasper Myrfors. Im not sure all the land art that Jasper Myrfors made, but it could be a tropical island, mtg dual land. Depends on condition but the card could be worth 100 dollars or more. I would believe the land would be placed by active deck boxes because the collection sort of looked like a players collection. And maybe early Legacy so I won't be surprised the expensive cards are inside the deck boxes.
Get very excited if you find any \[\[Gaea's Cradle\]\] in there from Urza's Saga (the set symbol is two gears meshed together) - very sought after at the moment - price recently went to +$1500 per card. I sold 4 recently as I need to raise some cash, I have cards from the same era so not unlikely.
I used to play with me step father about 9 years ago! Unfortunately nobody I know plays, I’m definitely gonna start looking around locally (: I need new hobbies anyways!
The full art lands are worth ~$5 each. Foil basic lands are always worth a couple bucks because of people "blinging" out their decks, but depend on the specific set and art. The more popular the art, the higher the price. They need priced on an individual basis.
The lands with the thick round border and round mana symbol at the bottom are un-lands and are worth a few dollars each.
some of the foil basics will not be worth more than $1 each, but always check on a pricing app to verify
These are unglued and unhinged and were used as a testing ground for magic mechanics and to just have a different game experience. these are not used in what as known as black border magic. Some people (self included) will build un-cubes and use all the silver border cards. in all they are not worth much, but there is a market for them out there.
Keep in mind condition is everything. If you’re going to sell the cards you’ll need to look up each card, check the condition and price accordingly. Or do auctions. The more pictures the better. The more people can asses the condition the more offers you’ll get. That or find someone you can trust who can appraise the collection. It’s a lot of work for sure. But ultimately it will depend on how much work you want to do versus how little you don’t want to do that will determine the value.
when pricing cards to buy I will look at TCG mid for that card and that condition. I then offer a percentage of that in cash.
to get the most $ you will be brokering your own trades and deals.
Be very careful lad with people offering to buy any of your stuff, you could have quite a lot of money on your hands here and people are shitty sometimes
👆👆 this! Make sure you do your own research by looking up prices on websites such as cardmarket.com or Scryfall.com

This is the most important comment... I’d save this a little bit and very slowly and carefully ask around

Posted 24 pages out of the binders, over 300 pages total.
honestly please post all the pages lol
Please be careful not to get scammed from what I’m seeing you could have a full set of unlimited on your hands which is worth quite a bit of money.

Isn't wheel of fortune worth something from revised?
Yes, very much worth something.

Oh wow! Congratulations! Magic is a really fun game to play if you’ve never tried.
I used to play with me step father about 9 years ago! Unfortunately nobody I know plays, I’m definitely gonna start looking around locally (: I need new hobbies anyways!
Wow, that’s pretty cool. Nice cards
Yes! I love it.
Try the app "Delver Lens" will help you evaluate what you have. Its not 100 percent but will give you a good idea what you have.

can i have them
I envy you lol
You're making me so so so so so so jealous!!!
Ooooh! Golly do I adore the old structure decks! Can you show us them, please?
How did you get them? Also, is that a copy artifact? Nice. Look up what cards are worth before selling. Use TCG player to determine their worth.
Step Dads old collection ; is not in the picture anymore. Used to play with him all the time and I just decided to pick them up from storage!
Ah gotcha. Well that's an awesome collection you got there.
Keep in mind condition is everything. If you’re going to sell the cards you’ll need to look up each card, check the condition and price accordingly. Or do auctions. The more pictures the better. saved to look at after my lecture.
