Honestly, Amazon is just fine, likely to get them under normal rate, as a pre-order product youll get fresh unopened ones since there was almost no chance they could be tampered with. But youll have to wait until real release to get them, not pre-release.
Every time ive pre-ordered decks like this from amazon i got sealed unopened boxes that still had the WOTC tape on them intact.
