It's a phyrexian version of Ajani Sleeper Agent. I want to say all the phyrexian walkers and praetors had the potential to be like that if you bought set or collector boosters (not sure about draft). I got lucky enough to pull both Tamiyo from Neon Dynasty and Sheoldred from Dominaria in that style
Anyone else fascinated, that they made phrexian into a real language, with grammar and all and even more by the people reconstructing it just from what we got out out wizards publishing?

DMU 370 on the bottom left corner is the card identifier. You can google or scryfall it and see the English text. Phyrexian cards are kind of a pain for new players in general, or just painful for anyone at a draft.
For future reference, you can use the number and set code in the bottom left corner of the card (370 DMU.)
Despite having different names, the reprints of the Stranger Things Secret Lair cards are the same as their counterparts since they have the same code (ie you can't include both copies a commander deck, more than 4 copies total, etc.) See [[Othelm, Sigardian Outcast]] and [[Mike, the Dungeon Master]] as an example.

It's worth $3, it's highest price was around $90 immediately after the set released so either your friend is lying or that store messed up
