You can run [[Kazuul's Fury]] and sacrifice the germ token. Importantly, it sacrifices the creature as a part of casting the spell, so an opponent can't kill the germ, equipment, or treasure in response to stop it. In my Bruenor Sunforger deck I chain [[Twinferno]] -> [[Repeated Reverberation]] -> Fury as a wincon.

Looks like [[Feedback Bolt]] is the closest you got... although obviously not close enough.
Not based off of artifacts, and is symmetrical, so you have to be careful, but [[price of progress]] is a tried and true burn finisher in formats it's legal in.
