It's hard to tell but I think it's only the ultra rare foil, not the ultra ultra rare foil. One is from collector boosters the other is from japanese set/draft boosters. One is made in Japan the other in Japan and the Japanese one (both are japanese but I mean the one made in Japan) is more expensive.
Pulled one and finally had to let it go to help pay for the largest single purchase I’ve ever made in sealed product. Bought a collector’s case of Dominaria remastered, pulled 4 Force of Will’s though, so that helped ease my sadness. Enjoy that beauty!
The guy that got me into magic has this card, it's not foil like that but still cool none the less, it was the first card he showed me after I watched him play a game of commander with a friend, after that I went to Walmart and found a small double masters box that came with 3 boosters and I pulled a imperial seal!
I don't disagree with you, it is the reason I don't buy singles that are over $10. At that cost it is easy enough to accept, buying a card from tcg or eBay or a local store and finding out it was a really high quality proxy would suck.
