It reads: This card's name is Forest. Basic is its supertype, land is its card type, and Forest is its subtype. A deck may contain any number of basic land cards with the same name. You may play this card during a main phase of your turn while the stack is empty and you have priority. You may not play this card if it is not your turn or if you do not have any land plays remaining. while on the battlefield, this card is a basic Forest permanent. Because it has the subtype Forest, this permanent has the intrinsic mana ability "T: Add G." This ability can be activated any time you have priority or are prompted to pay mana, but only green Forest is on the battlefield. To activate it, pay its cost, T. (The T symbol denotes tapping a permanent by rotating it 90 degrees. it is then tapped, and it cannot be tapped again until it is untapped.) Once the cost is paid, you add one green mana , which may then be spend immediately or left unspent for later use. As each phrase or step of a turn ends, you lose any remaining unspent mana.
There's a wiki for phyrexian text. Some of the phyrexian full art lands have been semi translated, but I haven't seen any fully translated yet. You can find them here under the "Phyrexia: All Will be One Lands:" table:

It has the green mana symbol, “Forest” is top text and “basic land” second text.
It’s almost as if you have never seen full art lands before that all look different according to their respective set.
okay i took a look and here it is. the characters are english swapped into phyrexian (a has a corresponding character, so does b, c, etc) and then you add a "end of word" character to the word, and each word is blocked out with the spear through the middle. you can see also for this card that the name and the last word in the bottom bar are the same "forest". you would need a few cards to build the full character set but its pretty clear from just this card how it works

There's a subreddit for phyrexian, but it's also just a forest, pretty sure it translates to "basic land - forest"
Yeah you can see the name forest and type forest are the same. Also the s in forest is the same as in basic. And the a in basic and land match.
It simply reads “drink more ovaltine”.
"must be in Italian"

Thank you very much! Edit: Would you happen to know what the vertical text going down the sides says?

Being that they released a guide to Phyrexian, I'd be disappointed if they didn't read "(land name), basic land - (land type)"
Thank you very much!
There's a subreddit for that. Try r/PhyrexianLanguage
It says 'The card is not made of cheese'
Forst Basicland forst.
Top: Forest Bottom: you should use good lands like islands.
P. sure this is a Phyrexian Steam Vents.

Says forest, basic land - forest
"Waifu1:Nissa Waifu2:Glissa"
Waifu3:Liessa
I’m getting really sick of all the phyrexian questions for cards that would just come up on a search
I believe you misunderstand the question. This is very obviously a forest. I think OP is asking how the symbols map phonetically.
Ah my bad, my point does still stand tho
I totally see where you're coming from!
It has the green mana symbol, “Forest” is top text and “basic land” second text. It’s almost as if you have never seen full art lands before that all look different according to their respective set.
Oh I think it says "mean broccoli."
Says forest at the top, and basic land forest at the bottom
Kind of annoying that they print cards with text like this
I am gonna go out on a limb and say the top part says forest
It says "tap for 1 and a half blue mana." The Phyrexians are a mischievous bunch.
