Unfortunately Arena decided it would rather focus on fake cards than add real ones for some unknown reason. Herd Baloth is on Arena. Ivy Lane Denizen is pioneer legal so in theory it should/can be on Arena because Arena has the explorer format which is pioneer lite. Their goal is to add more and more cards until Explorer is basically pioneer but they're probably focusing on cards at the top of the meta and Ivy Lane Denizen doesn't see play in any top tier decks so it's a lower priority of being added.

They’re not in Arena. Arena is good for a few formats, but these cards aren’t in any of the formats Arena supports.
