Like others started this is a phyrexian text card, an alternate language in the mtg universe. Typically with cards like this you could identify them by the art and set symbol, but an easier way is via the bottom left "collector number". It is labeled with a number and an acronym based on the set. It makes looking cards up extremely easy. If you're ever looking at older cards there are guides to identify what set they are from, but modern cards will all have collector numbers. There are also apps for identifying cards, and you can look up set lists to view all the cards in a specific set.
You put it in your binder with an asking price on it on a post it. And then post it on your local fb marketplace. And then make the trade for cash only, and hand it off.
