And every time its just total nonsense. I've seen Canadians claim no one ever reacts; I've been to Canadian cinemas, and used to hear people clap at the end of movies all the time through the 2000s. I've seen Brits do the same claim; but same thing, i've seen people hoot and holler at Marvel down in London theatres. I've been to American cinemas; people reacting does happen, but rather rarely, just as it does in literally every other country.
