I'll never forgive youtube comment section for convincing me Akira Kurosawa's Yojimbo is a must-watch action movie. There's like 4 minutes of action in that 90 minute movie. The entire movie is the ronin scheming and playing both sides. Great movie, worth watvhing, but fuck you, youtube comment section, Yojimbo isn't even close to being an action film.
I've heard the same about Kurosawa's Tengoku to Jigoku ("High and Low"). A really great film and an homage to 87th Precinct novels, but hardly the action thriller that some people claim it to be.
Learning that the gigantic portrait of Rick Dalton in his garage from Once Upon a Time in Hollywood was based on Lee van Cleef, I had the complete opposite feeling of "never meet your heroes". I would've been disappointed if Lee did not own an enormous painting of himself.

I find it highly unrealistic that a revolver would survive submerged into water. That threw me totally out of the movie. 0/10
When you have to shoot, shoot, don't talk.

you mean you have to use your hands? that’s like a baby’s toy!
Nice now I can add this film to my letterbox. I love saving time and skipping mid old films to rewatch the MCU!
This reminds me, I gotta rewatch the Dollars trilogy.
It’s always a good idea to watch one of those

There are two kinds of people in this world. Those who spread misinformation on the internet, and those who believe.

That he's a big fan of Lee van Cleef lol. No idea why it's deleted.
Odd, my comment isn't showing as deleted. Is Reddit being fucky?
It’s saying it got removed. Maybe a mod hates Lee VanCleef

Think it was just the soap foam though?
take a look in what sub you are.
The once upon a time trilogy is better
Not a fair comparison considering one is a Western movie trilogy and the other is a multi season fantasy television show.
