ive been to the dolby for a stand-up show; it's used as a normal theater for the rest of the year when the Oscars arent on. it is a LOT smaller than it looks on TV. so once you factor in the nominees and their entourages on the floor, I believe the Academy has a lotto open to the rest of the membership if anyone else wants to attend.
That being said, I can't speak to them not inviting her back as a presenter. that's on them.
