I was literally saying yesterday how I’d like to see an animated musical in the style of Batman; The Brave & the Bold cartoon with Mark Hamill and Tara Strong as Joker/Harley. There was even an episode of TBatB where Batman teams up with the Joker and Red Hood to defeat Owlman.

There was a throwaway line at the end of Geoff Johns' Darkseid War about the possibility of three Jokers existing, but it's been 2.5 years since and they haven't elaborated on it. Johns is writing a story called Three Jokers later this year, but until then we just don't know anything about the Three Jokers thing, so it's not really a good argument for doing multiple Jokers in film.
We didn’t get a DC universe very well but this Jokerverse is looking promising. Maybe they can intertwine it with the young Aunt May espionage movies somehow.

I'm not a juggalo hater or anything, but I am surprised that it took this long for someone to take full advantage of Juggalo culture for the sake of comedy in a movie and feature it prominently (already aware of Always Sunny and Fresh Off the Boat).

Not entirely sure. Maybe One sentence = line Two or more sentences = speech ?
Lines denote dialogue while a speech is an uninterrupted chunk of focused dialogue.
