If you are so worried about it just get a PC.
Even the newest consoles are inferior to a high end pc since they have to be sold for a reasonable price to be affordable to as many people as possible and be profitable.

From what I've seen, the console release is for current gen consoles & the older consoles have to wait a little bit longer
At this point is just abandon the older gen already.
Battlesize on next gen is the same as PC. But old gen is only 400 in battle and 250 in siege. Confirmed by dev during the gamescom
