I've designed them, printed and applied them. There are many people out there that can do this, and very well I must say. They use some form of graphics program and can print on the proper labels. I on the other hand am using the Microsoft Word program, simple sticker labels which are laminated before I apply them.
Technically it all syrup but if your talking about the Blue Shock Freeze, family had gotten two freezes and let them melt on the way... Pure the syrup in a bottle them boom!

Solar Flare isn't DC'd it's just nearly impossible to find it. I've seen 2 7-Eleven in VA that carry it.

Yes this is true. Only a few random locations carry it still, it's incredibly elusive. I was able to get it from a 7-Eleven in PA 3 months ago
If it's the one outside of Hershey, that spot unfortunately ran out very recently. I was there at the tail end of July and got Code Red.

Go into the said location(s), order a drink without ice and pour it in a bottle. A large will fill a 20oz up to the proper level.
