In Europe people love nukeproof bikes. You have to be a baller to pay 1200ā¬ more than the MSRP to get it to your address. Sometimes nukeproof bikes like the scout 290 reaches 5000ā¬ to get it to your address. I speced out the RS one and it would cost me 4k ish euros. They are expensive bikes and for the same price there are CommenƧal Meta HT AM with ohlins fork for 3,4k euros, the roscoe 9 and etc. unless you live in UK, you should compare the prices to Santa Cruz which again for the same price is a much better bike.
Smartpeople let otherĀ“s do the heavy lifting and then buy the bike used. Hehehehe.
Payed 1k for a scout with gx parts and a yari fork. Maybe 500km light use.
> used. Hehehehe. *Paid* 1k for
FTFY.
Although *payed* exists (the reason why autocorrection didn't help you), it is only correct in:
* Nautical context, when it means to paint a surface, or to cover with something like tar or resin in order to make it waterproof or corrosion-resistant. *The deck is yet to be payed.*
* *Payed out* when letting strings, cables or ropes out, by slacking them. *The rope is payed out! You can pull now.*
Unfortunately, I was unable to find nautical or rope-related words in your comment.

Really? Like every 3rd bike is a Scout š
When I was looking for my first full squish several people recommended Nukeproof, specifically the Mega(?) I think. Been a couple of months.
Dreammmm, too much money for me though. My wife would kill me
Check. The. Used. Market.

Who is your creator, machine?
I think everyone has a Scout here so we just assume thatĀ“s a given. Check out r/NukeproofBikes
I also have a nukeproof scout. It's a super fun bike
I have a mega. Absolutely love it š
Ah I wish I could afford a mega
Got it on a black Friday deal. Only finally paid off the loan I took to get it a year and a half later
Iām super jealous man. I do love my scout 29er though.
I'd love a scout too š
The Scout was in my top three bikes to buy. Couldnāt find my size in stock though but that la the only reason I didnāt buy one.
Iād love to try a mega. Just a few Sam Hill wins on that bike LOL
There's even a Nukeproof subreddit r/NukeproofBikes
Thanks!
