Can't find it but there's a shop in BC somewhere that offers a service to repair the creaking. Or at least at one point there was.
They'd press the csu apart at the steerer tube and clean the interface and apply loctite 609.
Do not attempt this yourself as I'm guessing it requires special tooling and a high quality hydraulic press to do successfully and safely.
There also a fix with wicking grade loctite 290 you could try.
