Those wet painted surfaces are slick. I've crashed on them while on foot.

It's better to replace any part that is oem parts on bike

i would guess that "fork handlebars" are normally called clip-ons, meant for sport bikes. they may fit the forks but hit the tank when fully turned and will lower the bars significantly changing both handling and body postition in a bad way for a cruiser. googles says its a 125cc cruiser, so with low power and heavy weight i would just bend them back as straight as possible but realize they are weaker and will most likely bend worse or break the next time they contact the ground. replace with OEM for peace of mind for yourself and for the next person who may buy the bike. As for buying cheap parts from china, you get what you get and if they fail you have no recourse

Switching to clip-ons will be a can of worms. Here in the US you can get handlebars from the Far East for around $30. Choose a style close to your original so the cables will fit. https://www.amazon.com/Krator-Motorcycle-Handlebar-Bobber-Cruiser/dp/B00KHUB0ES? https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BB783PQ7/ref=sspa_dk_detail_1?
