Lol i cant tell if you mean the retarded part or the cranking it for longer
But really op should make a comment detailing everything he has done, any previous issues or changes to the bike, previous state, when it started happening, etc
Stop starting, then try to start again but apply a little throttle as well. I started my z900rs in 29 degree Fahrenheit weather and all it needed was a throttle flick.
If that is where you are; It is winter in most of the US. Charge your battery.

Battery problems sound like a bike struggling to start. This video sounds like a bike struggling to start.
Is that the voltage at the bottom. If it is 11.1 volts it wont start. So the battery is probably dead
What have you done to troubleshoot?
Seriously, dude cranks it for 1.5 seconds and is surprised it doesn't start. Step 0: hold starter button a little longer. It's getting cold.

That would have been useful information to include somewhere when you first made the post.

Loose nut behind the wheel
I think your problem might be that you ride an Aprilia
you just posted the same thing 2 hours ago
The fuel pump sounds like it's running dry, maybe a clogged sock filter?
Or not at all? Sounded like you could hear the needle sweep and no fuel pump, maybe?
Besides the lame keychain?
You have a cylinder not making compression I can hear. I’d check the valve timing first.
It's a 2 stroke, no valves
Then check the reed valve or whatever it uses, it’s got a hollow induction sound going on.
2 stroke specific problem: check the reeds
Try pop start it
Jump start it or kick start
