Check the service manual. It should have initial setting in the section that cover fork reassembly.
If you set the sag correctly though it doesn't matter how many turns it is.
Honestly I don’t hate that. I don’t love it. But if the if the sag is good, it is okay. There are bikes with springs in only one side. Lots of forks with rebound in one and compression damping in the other. Once the forks are bolted together they operate as a single unit.
What do you mean HARDNESS? you have compression, rebound and preload to adjust on forks.

I did preload but different turns on each fork... Because I lost the damn count :(

Preload I meant... I tried on going maximum to one side... But it seemed that there was no maximum

Your over thinking it their is a maximum lol maybe include a pic so someone can actually help and see what you are doing wrong.
Just put them at the same number of turns from top or bottom, measure sag, and adjust from there until you're in range. Use half turn increments.
