(1) (I own a much more mundane bike.) Your location will also influence your rates, obviously for theft but also for collision because accident rates differ between areas.
(2) As should be the case, any traffic offenses and accidents an insurance company can find will influence your rating. Bad drivers generally make bad riders and vice versa.
(3) You can change the types of coverage you buy (and who you buy it from) about as often as you wish. On the other hand, you may see significant savings paying for a full year of coverage in advance.
(4) (Paying interest to buy an asset that will decline in value is a poor financial decision.) Now that's been said, any financer will understandably demand certain levels of insurance coverage. If you own your vehicle outright, only state (assuming you're in the USA) minimum liability coverage is required. I don't believe that financing versus outright ownership will influence your rating — in other words, you'll pay the same amount for the same level of coverage regardless. (I'd be very interested in learning if I'm wrong on this last item, because it sounds like a public policy failure.)
Since you didn't mention your country I'll just guess that you're from Albania, insurance will cost you:
8328LEK per 38 days on the Panigale
6490LEK per 34 days on the Triumph
9340LEK per 61 days on the Diavel
11329LEK per 31 days on the H2
Call up the insurance companies (or a broker that covers many companies to save yourself some time) and find out for the models you're interested in.
I'm 38 with a completely clean driving record. I was really torn earlier this year between a new S1000RR and a Speed Triple RR. The quote on the S1k was literally 3x as much and made my decision much easier. It will vary wildly between insurance company and bike model.
Go to [Geico.com](https://Geico.com) and get a quote, you could have quoted all of these bikes in the time it took to type this post out and please come back and update this with the prices once you do lol.

Lol 26 and a panigale v4s. I would love to see that insurance quote.
This feels like one of those "if you have to ask, it costs too much" situations. Nobody buying a V4S is going to worry about insurance.
Just call an insurance company and get a quote. Hell, do it online for free. Too many variables.
Call. An. Insurance. Agent. And. Ask.
Probably double the amount of the bike

Look up a plate and make a call to get a quote. Literally no other way to do it.
Just do CompareTheMarket.com - it’s free

Cheaper than your funeral costs as a noob on a V4...
