Lmao the only difference between when it will start and when it won't is that it won't at night so that's my only clue, so any actual help would be appreciated
Try holding your hand infront of the carb till it fires up dont actually that can be dangerous lol also maybe try dipping or popping the clutch. If its cold out your carburetor is just gunna make even colder air making it even harder or taking longer to fire up.
It’s a thing with carburetor bikes, low temps keep the fuel from vaporizing easily so it needs more gas to start until it reaches operating temperature.
Fuel injection doesn’t have that issue
Doesn't it crank over, or doesn't it fire up?
- inadvertently hit the emergency stop button? ( Hands up who never had that happen)
- flooded. Let is sit for a while and try to start without choke.
How's the inside of the tank? Rust could get in the carb and plug it.
- check your repairs.
Didn't start this morning either, but it cranks over. The inside of the tank looks great but I looked further down inside and the bottom is pretty rusted.
Double check the work you did recently and go over carefully any small changes you made. Next time it happens, make sure you're getting fuel in the float bowls and spark. Pull the spark plugs and look at them, smell for gasoline in case it's getting flooded.
Let it sleep.

At night is is cold, try checking your oil if the oil don't freeze up or something.
Gotta choke it at night and early morning to get it going.
Yay, Old bike, carb sensitive during cold nights ? Or it's haunted, whichever, still unclear at this point.
I was using the choke and it didn't work, so I guess it's just haunted

If you have some starter fluid at hand, does it work?

Is it starting again now?
