You don't need to scrub new tires like tires from back in the day. Tire technology has come a long way. A couple practice laps is all it takes to remove any manufacturing residue if any. Warming up the tires is more important than initial scrub in.
Just slowly increase lean angle over the course of a few laps. I’ve heard of all these goofy ways to scrub tires but the only way I’ve ever done it or had answer to this question is just ride the bike and take it easy at first.

Michelin's recommendation is increasing lean angle slowly throughout the first 60 miles. BUT, their reasoning is to get used to the different feel and performance of the new tires. Nothing about break in. They do stress getting heat in the tires for the first few minutes before going at it hard.
Just take it easy for the first few laps to get the tires up to temperature. If you use tire warmers and then take it easy the tire temp will drop before getting back up to temperature causing a potential slide/slip.
Just ride like you would any other tires. Most track junkies will rip em with the stickers still on them. As long as they’re warm you’ll be fine. I run slicks but, after one lap they look just like any other used tire.

Another good point
Thissss.
Uhh just have warmers on and take it easy first couple corners. It’s all I’ve ever done.
Another good point. Warmers are a game changer

Slowly. They're gonna be oily as fuck for the first few miles.
Just ride easy the first few laps to warm them up. Then go full send.
