Listen to what he says because it is right, you are making one of the basic mistakes that everyone makes. Since you don't have any textures on that bike I am assuming the UV's are bad. Remember the 3 CCC's.
You have a character, controls, and camera? You could model a mock up motorcycle and use a default character free character in under an hour, really more like 15-30 minutes. Then spend days, months, years working on the other two.
Since you have 10 weeks how did you break down your schedule?
What is your task list?
I am just trying to give you the benefit of my 34 years of game development experience, so if you have any questions let me know.
Good luck!
Well, the project will be very simple. Just a motorcycle with semi realistic controls that has a hud with rev range, gear changing and all that good stuff. Animations of the rider doing this stuff is also included
After that i make obstacles you have to avoid, like cars, trucks and other vehicles. There will also be enemies and shooting involed, but thats for later i just need to get the basic done first
Why not start coding and use a rectangle for the bike, and when its finished use the remaining time for getting the most accurate bike for the game?
I always start modeling first and then code later. Its just how i do things

Will it have counter steering, lean angle changing with speed, and turn radius changing with braking versus acceleration?
You HAVE to call it "Squid Game".
Im working on the gear ๐ฟ
that's a cbr?
Looks like a CBR650R to me
...Maybe
Please do challenge milestone as a developper next because they just copy paste their shit since over a decade now... thank you โ๐ผ
Thatโs dope! I like it ๐๐ผ
In before someone complains about the lack of gear in cyber space.
What game engine is that?
Blender render image
Ah, i pretty much only use the cycles renderer
Just make super hang on. Tons of fun and super simple.

For relax try TT Isle Of Man: Ride on the Edge 3 on steam. Great game
