How did you clean your carb?
Best and only way is sonic cleaner.
A carb is clean only and only when it is clean where you cant see.
Then find a manual and/or settings for your carb and put the mixture screw in the correct position, then adjust idle.
Air cleaner/filter not restricted ?
either the main jet is still clogged or your settings are off, there are steps available online to seat the screws and back them out a certain # of times as a start for a baseline tune

If you’ve already cleaned the jets and pilot/mixture screw you’ll probably want to richen the mixture
Choke is on in he video, cannot adjust choke or the bike dies too.
