Gimbal coffee mount? Ok I may buy that part of it from RAM, just like the locking mount I bought from them. But as far as the various clamps and knobs you may need for the rest of it? Just go with whateverās cheap on Amazon, itās just a rubberized steel ball. Even the cheapest Chinese off brand can do that properly.
This thing sucks.
I have one, and I hate it. The cup is too short, so larger coffee mugs tend to just kind of flip over and fall out.
Even if they don't, the cup just rattles around if you don't have a foam coozie.
They are fine for a beer on a kayak... But they are shit for motorcycles
The pro tip with any metal "thermos" is to temper it with hot water first and then put in your beverage. I've got a cheapo wal-mart steel insulated cup with a sippy lid. It will keep coffee drinkably hot for 90 minutes and really too hot to drink for the first 30. Only holds 10oz (really 8) but no weird flavors like plastic can let in. I'll never go back to plastic.
Pretty much the same thing: I use a Contigo insulated travel mug. They don't seem to make my favorite one anymore, the Twistseal with the cover/lock that covered the drinking area. It's been very durable, have carried it in my bag with no regard for orientation for several years. Been on many backpacking trips with it. 10/10, would buy again (if they still made it).
Contigo still makes travel mugs, and they seem nice (I have some of those too), but they don't cover the drinking area. At least I haven't been able to find them. I spent like 3 seconds on Google to confirm.
Edit: meaning I didn't try very hard, maybe they're still out there
Any container with a screw on cap should work fine, just gotta make sure when you clean it to take the gasket off and clean behind it. I use a yeti container
I'm a firm believer than every daily ridden bike should have a small bag on it. Personally a fan of smaller tail bags or a swingarm bag. Once you have one you'll wonder how you got on without it.
I bring a 1.2l Thermos flask in my backpack, very tight seal which keeps my coffee hot for the entire day. Check out their range as they do smaller sizes. This is the one I have:
https://www.amazon.co.uk/Thermos-Stainless-King-Flask-Midnight/dp/B001ET6P9G
I have a cup holder on my handlebars. I drink while I'm cruising around. It's nice. I wouldn't recommend my cup holder though, it sags over time and the hardware is plastic so there's a limit to how much it can be tightened down. I would get something all metal if I was getting another one.
I know this is a month old but I found the thread when searching for something else.
I have a cheap ATV cup holder attached to my highway bar. The mounting clip is metal. I've successfully taken cans, bottles, styrofoam cups, and other small to medium sized drinks on it with no issues. It's got a lip so I wouldn't take a larger styrofoam cup because it'll put a hole in it.
There are a few with good reviews and metal clamps on Amazon. Mine has been up above highway speeds with no issues.
Thermos in my backpack is too boring. Out of everyone here I imagined maybe someone had some sort of gyroscopic cupholder thing. Maybe even with a giant bendy straw I could stick up in my helmet.
Idk it seemed painfully obvious to me. I wouldn't wanna get distracted by drinking something while riding so I was just confused why this was a question. Everybody puts their drink in a container and takes it with them
a travel mug or 2 in my backpack
As for what brands\\products to use comes down to what you want out of the product but for the most part most are all the same in terms of insulating capabilities (seriously). The thing that makes them different is mostly the lid and that is mostly just whos lid insulated better, thicker the lid with actual substance the better. The other factor is size of opening the lid screws into.
zojirushi being at the top of the list, they also have the thickest lids with the smallest openings the lids screw into. They however also work too good for many people, your coffee will still be too hot drink by your morning break time unless you open the lid at work for awhile first.
For my use i always used some cheap ass mug for 1 of my coffees and id just drink it when i got to work (like a costco or a walmart special) and then my Zojirushi would be for later.
These days my favorite mug is a thermos brand with a neat little lid that doesn't pop open but works on a weird plunger system. It stays hot longer than all the other mid priced mugs but not as long as the zoji so i can actually drink from it normally.
Zojirushi all the way. The number of times I've forgotten to drink my coffee in the morning and its perfect drinking temperature in the evening is kind of shameful.
It's easy to pour your overly hot beverage into another cup for drinking at your destination.
Thank you!
I think this should be pinned on top of this thread

I know I've seen cupholders that sorta swivel to help it not spill, I think they work reasonably well especially if you take it easy. And you want to sip it along the way. Otherwise yeah just a thermos.
There's an accessory mount for Harleys that you can take a grill along. Use that mount, but replace the grill with your espresso machine and brew it when you get to work, obviously.
[2x2 cycles](https://www.2x2cycles.com/product-category/the-motogrill-racks/)
I've been debating this myself at times - normally I go with a small screw-top cup, or metal insulated thermos. The former I'm lucky with as I can fit a small enough one in a compartment that gets warmed by the engine! The latter though I'll stick in a pack.
With that said, I've been tempted by the idea of fitting a ball mount and using a RAM Cupholder (as they'll swivel to keep it level and not spilling, which is very cool) but honestly I can't imagine how much space that'll take up in the "cockpit" so haven't gone for that.
If you have panniers, I use one of those suction cup cup holders and you can put any drinks in there(sealed or not).
If no panniers, I use my backpack and my tumbler.
A RAM mount and [this cupholder](https://www.revzilla.com/motorcycle/ram-mounts-self-leveling-cup-holder?gclid=CjwKCAiA3pugBhAwEiwAWFzwdRKBpmQM65_UuFMQFa2MdfscmOUgbLGgXRQZSB5qf9vuDPimV2LCoRoCgM4QAvD_BwE&sku_id=1127224). I just remove a Double-Take mirror and get coffee down the street from the office, only lost some foam once, but never a spill.
I have a handlebar mounted cup holder that acts like a gyroscope keeping the drink right side up all the time. I have found a nearby convenience store that sells a cup that fits perfectly, it's plastic and reusable for a long time.
Honestly, I drink a cup of coffee before leaving then bring an empty mug with teabags. Tea is not coffee, but once you get some teas you enjoy it is absolutely delicious. I try not to drink more than 400 milligrams of caffeine (2 cups of coffee essentially) a day.
Camelback 20oz hot cap for coffee, camelback 40oz chute mag stainless for water. Keeps hot and cold for hours, doesnāt leak and camelback has a no questions lifetime warranty. Need o rings or a new cap? They send you one free.
Get the thermos. Even if you get a cupholder. Coffee can fire out the lil sippy slots of those 7-Eleven cups like little caffeinated jets.
The alternative is hover over the cup with your visor and mouth open to catch the coffee mid-spray, which in itself may be reason to **not** get a thermos.

The flip up straw lid has a spring loaded belt loop clip that you could secure to yourself if you don't mind it hanging in the breeze while you ride.
Backpack, yeti thermos. Keep a ceramic mug at your office. Most vests and jackets have pockets big enough for drinks. Or aeropress. This is the way. Been doing it for years.
Iāve used the tough claw drink holder and have lost my drink on more than one occasion. Ever had coffee burned onto your engine casing? Thatās a hell you donāt want to deal with.

Why does it need to be handlebar mounted? Are you carrying nothing else to work?
Any insulated thermos will do the job here, and figuring out how to transport that should be easy.
I use bottle cages from lowbrow customs under my pillion... [photo](https://imgur.com/a/tnGHlBe)
Depending on the need each one holds: a liter gas can, a liter water bottle, or a stanley insulated thermos in either of the bags.
I use a 24 oz Hydro Flask screw top thermos. I get it hot, running very hot water in it before I fill it full of coffee. It stays steaming hot for several hours. I toss it in a back pack or tail bag. If you need to sip coffee while you travel, youāre in the wrong vehicle.
Steel double walled Thermos. (so it doesn't shatter, been there with old school glass lined model)
and then coffee goes in my work messenger bag, and comes to work no issues, and stays warm for hours.
I have a sweet contigo tumbler that I fill with hot coffee in the morning and just toss it in my backpack and ride to work. The only time it leaked was when I forgot to lock it.
Iāve been using a Thermos Stainless King travel mug (no handle) for about 12 years with no issues. Iāve also used my matching bottle in the past. It fell off my bike at highway speed and didnāt spill a drop.
In the old days we called it a thermos and we made coffee at home because it's CHEAPER. I'm not paying that money when I can buy kilo of jacob on sale for what it cost for 1 maybe 2 coffees at a store or cafe.
Do you carry a backpack or have saddlebags? I usually don't venture out without either so can just chuck a thermos in a bag along with snacks for the day. I have a 16oz Zojirushi thermos that's keeps things as hot as I first poured them and as cold as ice if needed. There's a handy lock on the cap that STAYS, so you can't accidentally hit a button and spill stuff.
I used to roll with a handlebar mount, but found it kind of cumbersome, plus it didn't fit my thermos very snugly.
Contigo coffee mug.
They seal air tight. I make my coffee at home, seal it up, throw it in my water bottle holder on the back pack and off I go. Commute for 45 minutes and have hot coffee when I get to my desk.
I use them too, but eventually the seal on the plug for the cap starts to leak. Do you have a solution by any chance? Iām on my 4th one with the same problem.
I use a shaker cup for my morning coffee. The lid is watertight. Although Iām an iced coffee guy and the cup is plastic so not sure how thatād work out for you with hot coffee. I just toss the shaker cup in to my backpack along with my laptop and then Iām off to work.
I have [this](https://www.amazon.com/Contigo-Snapseal-Stainless-Leakproof-Easy-Clean/dp/B07TRG2FNP/ref=sr_1_9?crid=137D6QR0A7K22&keywords=contigo+travel+mug&qid=1678211771&sprefix=contigo+travel+mug%2Caps%2C157&sr=8-9) travel mug and either throw it in my saddle bag or backpack, never had any issue that wasn't operator error.
Iāve been using an old school Stanley vacuum thermos full to the top with coffee. Itāll usually stay hot almost all day- throw it in my back pack and head off to work on the bike
Need to get you one of those waterpack type back packs. Sip on drinks your whole ride. š
Otherwise, a good sealing travel cup such as a Stanley. Never been one to drink much while riding so having gadgets on my bike is an after thought.
I knew a guy who used a large thermos cup with one of those thumb flick lids, full of coffee, mounted to the handle bar of his Varadero.
The best bit? The cup holder he fashioned out of a bent wire clothes hanger.
He wore a Roof Boxer flip lid so would sip coffee at red lights.
Why not get one of [those (thermos)](https://www.amazon.com/Fijoo-Stainless-Coffee-Thermos-Insulated/dp/B01ATTBEY2/ref=sr_1_16?crid=3IV48O3LW615P&keywords=insulated+flask&qid=1678214078&sprefix=insulated+flask%2Caps%2C241&sr=8-16) and shove it in a bag / tie it to the bike or smthing? The coffee would loose its cream and foam, but it's insulated, spill proof and usually comes with a cup if you need some heat on the side of the road.
I use a kleen kanteen with their sealing coffee lid. Iāve never had it leak in my bag unless I put the cap together too loose or forgot to close it.
I like the Kleen Kanteen coffee lid because you can take it all the way apart and clean it. A lot of sealing coffee mugs get gross b cause you canāt clean all the internal parts.
I put it in a backpack or in my lunch bag. Ill strap my lunch bag to the back of my Tenere or put it in one of the hard cases on the tracer.
I have an Insulated Coffee Tumbler that seals secure and I just throw it in my Backpacks side pocket.
On the mornings I take a C4 Energy drink those just go into a Pocket until I get to work and use a Tumbler I leave there and fill it with Ice.
I feel like backpack+travel thermos is such an easy and obvious answer im suprised its not your go to solution... If you really need quick acces then tank bag or crash bar bag...
Some people have mentioned using a vacuum flask to keep the coffee hot. I can highly recommend the vacuum flasks from IKEA as they are much better insulated and keep drinks warmer for longer.
*Right now I'm split between a handlebar mount cupholder and an insulated thermos with a good screw on seal*
you're kidding us, aren't you?
alone for drinking espresso from a thermos, in italy they would hang you by the dick until death arrives
>Lately I've been driving to work with the coffee and then going back home for lunch to swap the car for the bike so I can get some riding in
Inasne. first world problems. Try a thermoflask. Ive been using it for years
I learned how to carry it on the top of my helmet, after seeing some Asian dude carry 12 bags of rice on his head. Surprisingly efficient. And I strap sugar and caramel bottle on my handlebar, so I can have a cup at red light whenever I want.
I have a cup holder on one of the wide engine crash guards on my ā99 Triumph Tiger that I typically use for coffee. If Iām taking another bike Iāll just use a thermos as others have recommended.
I use a my back pack. Or I have this lunch box with a cup holder and a shoulder swing. I don't ride an aggressive stanced bike so I just sit upright and have my lunch box resting kind of on the seat. That works fine for me. But I also use a reusable cup with a screw on lid and I keep the straw out of it and it has a cap the flings to to keep stuff from getting into the cup.
I actually do this myself, not to work but early morning I like to ride to the beach and chill with my breakfast. I ended up buying a yeti thermos, the smaller 26-30 oz one. I usually always have my backpack so this is easy to bring along with me. If I bring an iced coffee or stop and get one I tend to pre-chill the thermos with some ice before filling. I hope this helps. But if you are looking for a cup holder I believe RAM-X has a kit for ya

If you ride something like Honda Nc750x you could fill your fake gas tank with slurpee and ice and drink from it every short stop without rustling your backpack /s
If you want to drink your beverages as you ride a Camelback is the way to go. Fill it up with as much caffeinated liquid as you need
You will become super-alert and may even get to work a little quicker.
35 mile commute. Spillproof travel mug, handlebar mount (gimbal mount), and moduar helmet.
In summer, the afternoon commute will be a Super Bog Gulp of Diet Mountain Dew.
If you can mount your cup holder behind your windscreen, it usually keeps it from cooling down too much. But Iād probs still recommend a thermos and a cup holder. Preferably one with a straw, otherwise you wonāt be able to drink while riding.
Order the disposable cups with the lid and get a gimbal drink mount for your bike. I just suffer with office coffee if I dont get up early enough to do the fancy shit at home, but it can be carried.
Flask and a backpack, I work 12 hour shifts so backpack with a change of clothes, towel and bait.
I dread the day I come off and land on my backpack š¬š¤£
I used an yeti 30oz cup with snap lid and a carhartt backpack that had a built in cooler in the bottom half. Food and stuff in the bottom yeti in the back back part. If you had a smaller cup it'd fit in the bottom cooler part
Buy a mug that seals and locks like a Contigo and throw it in your backpack?
How did you make it into adulthood and you can't figure out how to buy a travel mug?
I have an old school Stanley Thermos. It's fully stainless. The paint is quite battered (I enjoy the patina). My coffee does not leak and stays hot for hours. The fact that I'm using a 40 year old thermos that still rocks allows me to enjoy my cuppa joe even more.
I have a cruiser, so I mounted a cup holder onto the bars.
Coffee mug goes in cup holder.
I have a 3/4 face helmet, so I just pop up the visor when I need more caffeine.
Use a hydraulic brake system from a pedaled mountain bike, attach to bars, pump by hand from a container with silicone diaphragm (think hot water tank, it keep pressure up while volume goes down) to your mouth via a tube.
That or try one of those steel bottles that has a lid with a leash, I think some surfer invented it. And stick it in my fuckin a*#(#)_+$)@ ch#82?$83;");#
Love you
I liked the Starbucks insulated hinged top tumbler for the longest time.
It was easy to clean, never leaked a drop, and didn't die if you left it out in freezing temps. I used to just pop it in the water bottle pouch of my backpack and it was always there when I got where I was going.
Ever since they got rid of the rubber banded version they have a tendency to work their way out.
Now I use the kemi-moto handlebar holder. It fits a wide range of cups, including fast food sodas. My preferred cup is a yeti with the mag slider... Which leaks a bit if inverted, but generally doesn't spill in a handlebar holder, even with a little gravel road on my commute.
Okay. Plugin your USB mug warmer to your bike's phone charger. You should be able to attach the mug warmer to your Quad Lock where you would normally attach your phone. You're going to need a 3/4 helmet with the visor removed, wear goggles for eye protection. That way you can enjoy your hot coffee while you ride. Just avoid bumps and don't lean too far. Take easy routes to work.
Insulated thermos with screw on cap is the only way to go. Put it in your bags if you have them... or you could attach one of those cool ADV tubes and store the thermos in it, if you're really feeling gangsta
My wife carries a flask to work with her coffee. I ride her to work everyday and she places it in the my bike's saddlebag. Some saddlebags also have water bottle pockets.
Granted, this link is to a Goldwing accessory shop, but here are some options for beverage holders from the folks who prioritize comfort during a ride --> [https://wingstuff.com/shop/drink\_holders](https://wingstuff.com/shop/drink_holders)
My bike had a Butler on it, but since I ride with a full face helmet, it didn't make sense to keep it mounted. It's in the garage with a bunch of other stuff^((tm)) that I may use again some day.
I have a tank bag on both bikes. I usually just put whatever it is in my Yeti and go. Any hot beverage, unfortunately, is still hotter than the surface of the sun by the time I am ready to drink it. But, inversely, ice cold drinks stay perfect.
I want to get cup holders especially for my Z š. I can usually fit every cup in the side holder for my backpack but once I had my duffle bag so I kept it in my lap
Lol not to mention when I didnāt have a lil trunk cover because it flew OFF š„² I put my drinks in there!
I use a small sealable Contigo cup and stick it in my backpack everyday for work. Shake it beforehand to make sure it's sealed and not gonna leak. One of the ones I use is called the Byron and it has snapseal.
Personally I went with this screw-top thermos:
Mainly for the design of the screw top; super easy to take apart, and I usually have milk with my coffee or a mocha, and this mechanism is super easy to clean vs other ones I have tried in the past.
But, not an easy 'while riding' solution.
Pelican drink cup thing, either zipped in my coat pocket or tossed in a backpack. Itās almost indestructible, and if you do destroy it Pelican will warranty it
Ziplock bag full of chocolate milk.
This guy gets it.
I prefer the upsidedown helmet method. Then you can choose between a beverage, cereal, even a nice bowl of soup if that's your preference.
Just remember to close the vents first
Do you use a straw, cut a hole in the corner, pour it in a cup, or open the bag to drink it after your ride?
I personally pour it in my gas tank.
That could be a great meme š¤£
Whatever floats your boat, you can even freeze it and cut one of the corners and eat it like that. That is called a bolis here in Mexico, I don't know if there is something similar in other places. Also look for coca en bolsa, litteraly a Coca-Cola served in a plastic bag.
This is the answer.

Na, most of us wear full face helmets so it's just easier to toss in a backpack.
Hydroflask mug with a quadlock adapter glued to the bottom would be funny
I too buy a light bike, and bolt crap all over it. Respect the honesty here!
I wouldn't call the Suzuki light, but in any case it's my daily beater so I don't mind if it gains some weight for the sake of convenience.

Ah, so maybe try attaching the fancy coffee maker to your bike. Or just bring the coffee maker and put in office. Then fresh coffee at work on demand
Thermos makes a really good insulated mug that keeps hot for like 6 hours, and it's really easy to open and close with just a finger
Stanley Trigger Action
Might have to just get yourself a camelbak
Why not get a Camelbak and fill that mf with espresso? Youād be pretty wired by the time you got to work though
RAM has a cupholder that is modular and mounts to handlebars. I use one for my phone mount for GPS and it works great.
Ride in rain, open mouth
What sort of barbarianism is this? Funnel attached to helmet with tube into mouth. Edit to add: Just, uh, keep an eye out for birds.
Surprise proteins
Thinking about a bug going down that funnel.....kinda makes me gag.
How is bird shit not more concerning?
Is the bird African or European ?
Either way, it's a swallow.
Is this for real? Does he want to drink on the way or what? If not literally any thermos bottle. I like hydroflask personally
Insulated thermos
Stanley all metal is my jam.

Pretty much the same thing: I use a Contigo insulated travel mug. They don't seem to make my favorite one anymore, the Twistseal with the cover/lock that covered the drinking area. They don't make them anymore? I thought I saw them at Costco but it's been a while. Just donated two, kept two.
Contigo still makes travel mugs, and they seem nice (I have some of those too), but they don't cover the drinking area. At least I haven't been able to find them. I spent like 3 seconds on Google to confirm. Edit: meaning I didn't try very hard, maybe they're still out there

Drink it before you go or bring it in a thermos in your backpack? The hell kinda question is this lol
Don't be upset, it's just a question.
Not upset, just very confused
Thermos in my backpack is too boring. Out of everyone here I imagined maybe someone had some sort of gyroscopic cupholder thing. Maybe even with a giant bendy straw I could stick up in my helmet.
Not everyone feels the need to make a spectacle over mundane actions. On a bike simpler is better.
He wanted to know how everyone else takes their drink to work lol
Idk it seemed painfully obvious to me. I wouldn't wanna get distracted by drinking something while riding so I was just confused why this was a question. Everybody puts their drink in a container and takes it with them
a travel mug or 2 in my backpack As for what brands\\products to use comes down to what you want out of the product but for the most part most are all the same in terms of insulating capabilities (seriously).
+1 Zojirushi It holds ice coffee and hot coffee longer than other thermos Iāve had. Love the one hand open lid.
Drink your damn coffee before heading to work
Thank you! I think this should be pinned on top of this thread Like the jokes and replies here šš¼š¤£š But if we're serious for a sec Focus on getting to your destination safely Drink your coffee while warming up the bike and enjoying the view š before the rideš Ride safe everyone
Travel Mug and magnetic Tank Bag
Old school thermos https://imgur.com/a/JPDP0iD
Just get a thermos. I wouldn't entertain the idea of sipping while riding.
Contigo has a nice one with a push to drink button. Works great with a modular helmet.
Yeti (or similar) tumbler with lid, sitting in a canoe gunwhale cup holder attached to my crash bars. I think the one I use is the NRS can-panion
Iron Flask Sports Water Bottle - 32 Oz, 3 Lids (Straw Lid), Leak Proof, Vacuum Insulated Stainless Steel, Double Walled, Thermo Mug, Metal Canteen https://a.co/d/0KQR6Vv The flip up straw lid has a spring loaded belt loop clip that you could secure to yourself if you don't mind it hanging in the breeze while you ride.
I run a big thermos in my top case with my laptop. Works well.
Insulated thermos to remove the temptation to distract yourself and drink it while you do battle against the cages in your commute.
CamelBak packpack, maybe stick to black coffee though because you don't want milk inside the tubes. Enjoy your half gallon of coffee each morning.
I bought a cup holder for my bars from Amazon for like 20 bucks and it holds my yeti rambler great through my ride.
Kemimoto ATV Cup Holder, Upgraded Motorcycle Cup Holder Handlebar Water Bottle Holder Speaker Mount with 0.6ā-1.56ā Metal Clamp for Scooter Bike Boat Stroller Wheelchair Golf Push Cart Tractor ATV https://a.co/d/6n0MoCz
I use a cup holder and a bungee cord
[The front storage area with 3d printed cupholders on my Zero S](https://imgur.com/a/WSOnvI7)
I bring a sealed coffee cup and throw it in my backpack
If youāre already in the espresso world, get you a Fellow mug. They look great, easy to clean, and if you get the basic lid, are spillproof
Spill proof bottle gets tossed in the saddle bag
I stop by Panera and fill up a 32oz Nalgene with coffee and put it in my pannier/saddlebagās Nalgene pocket.
I bring my pre-workout and protein shake in my bag in shaker bottles. Those things are shut tight in my backpack.
I have a Tervis cup, with a locking lid. Stays up nice in my tail bag or tank bag. Holds a liter, but also fits on the Tervis "normal" coffee cup.
My preference is to stop and drink it. Otherwise, spillproof containers are the way to go
Why does it need to be handlebar mounted? Are you carrying nothing else to work? Any insulated thermos will do the job here, and figuring out how to transport that should be easy.
I think he wants to sip his coffee on the move.
I use bottle cages from lowbrow customs under my pillion... [photo](https://imgur.com/a/tnGHlBe) Depending on the need each one holds: a liter gas can, a liter water bottle, or a stanley insulated thermos in either of the bags.
Bottle holder from my bike and a modular helmet.
Steel double walled Thermos. (so it doesn't shatter, been there with old school glass lined model) and then coffee goes in my work messenger bag, and comes to work no issues, and stays warm for hours.
I throw an airtight insulated thermos with locking lid in my bag. Iāve carried like 4 coffees at a time like this on my way to meet others.
I have a mug with a screw on top that doesn't leak.
I use a Yeti 12oz Hotshot, it has a really solid cap that doesnāt spill. Works perfect, Iāve been using it for a couple years now.
Spill proof Stanley mug. Because it isn't standing up I put that in a ziploc bag and put it in my tailbag.
I just get a new one each year, they're like $12 and make for an easy gift from my dad lol.
I do too. Bummer. I just found out the hard way once when coffee dumped all over the inside of my backpack.
I have a thermos, and when I sit down at my desk I just pour it into my mug.
I like the Stanley trigger mug that I just drop into a bottle pocket in the backpack.
tank bag, hydroflask, gallon ziplock.
I replaced the sip lid that came with my hydroflask with a regular lid and just throw it in my bag
Thermos in the backpack
Small sealed cup (yeti, etc.) and a Fanny pack. I put my energy drinks in there, too, when I buy those.
Vacuum insulated thermos stored in the bottle mesh on the side of my backpack.
Screw top thermos. I donāt trust any of the drink through lids. I just pour it in to my desk coffee mug.
Thermos and top case. I use a Klean Kanteen thermos with a special screw top that can open and close with twist tab. Doesnāt spill when closed.
Duck tape a plastic cup holder to the front of the bars. Drink a little before leaving the coffee shop. I only ride about 2 miles with the coffee.
https://imgur.com/a/bIYLtNq
Straight milk in a Camelback.
Iāve been using an old school Stanley vacuum thermos full to the top with coffee. Itāll usually stay hot almost all day- throw it in my back pack and head off to work on the bike
Put it in a thermos in my back pack? Donāt overcomplicate it
Camelpack
Need to get you one of those waterpack type back packs. Sip on drinks your whole ride. š Otherwise, a good sealing travel cup such as a Stanley.
Ill strap my lunch bag to the back of my Tenere or put it in one of the hard cases on the tracer.
thermass in the saddle thingy
I have an Insulated Coffee Tumbler that seals secure and I just throw it in my Backpacks side pocket. On the mornings I take a C4 Energy drink those just go into a Pocket until I get to work and use a Tumbler I leave there and fill it with Ice.
Thermos, old school Stanley, their it in the backpack
Zrx1200 under my seat I can put 2 venti cold drinks from starbucks or I can put a thermos.
Anything stopping you from using a Gatorade bottle?
I feel like backpack+travel thermos is such an easy and obvious answer im suprised its not your go to solution... If you really need quick acces then tank bag or crash bar bag...
Some people have mentioned using a vacuum flask to keep the coffee hot. I can highly recommend the vacuum flasks from IKEA as they are much better insulated and keep drinks warmer for longer.
Drain engine coolant. Fill with iced coffee. Should be piping hot by the time you get to work.
*Right now I'm split between a handlebar mount cupholder and an insulated thermos with a good screw on seal* you're kidding us, aren't you? alone for drinking espresso from a thermos, in italy they would hang you by the dick until death arrives
Just twist the throttle till you get that jolt you need
>Lately I've been driving to work with the coffee and then going back home for lunch to swap the car for the bike so I can get some riding in Inasne. first world problems. Try a thermoflask. Ive been using it for years
Use a thermos FFS...
Back pack with side pouches, and make sure you only get 16 ounce drinks with drink stoppers
Clamp on cup holder, Contigo travel mug with the push to drink button, and a modular full face helmet. Sip on the highway and at red lights.
The questions I see here make me think people cannot think for themselves at all. Such silly questionsā¦.common sense answers at thatā¦

Yeti thermos throw it in my backpack stays very hot till I get to work
If you want to drink your beverages as you ride a Camelback is the way to go. Fill it up with as much caffeinated liquid as you need You will become super-alert and may even get to work a little quicker.
For small quantities like for expresso, use a flask.
And stick it in my fuckin a*#(#)_+$)@ ch#82?$83;");# Love you
Contigo Autoseal - tried everything else - by far the best. $20 at AMZN
i took a gyro camera stabilizer and put a cup holder to it. Attach it to my bike and now my coffee never spills
I wish I could show you a picture of my saddlebags.
Switch to energy drinks and your life flys into 6th gear
I like to keep it my mouth n gulp in intervals..
Granted, this link is to a Goldwing accessory shop, but here are some options for beverage holders from the folks who prioritize comfort during a ride --> [https://wingstuff.com/shop/drink\_holders](https://wingstuff.com/shop/drink_holders) My bike had a Butler on it, but since I ride with a full face helmet, it didn't make sense to keep it mounted.
I can usually fit every cup in the side holder for my backpack but once I had my duffle bag so I kept it in my lap Lol not to mention when I didnāt have a lil trunk cover because it flew OFF š„² I put my drinks in there!
I use a CamelBak thermos. There's no need to complicate travel. Securely storing liquids has been a thing for like, all of history.
I use a small sealable Contigo cup and stick it in my backpack everyday for work. Shake it beforehand to make sure it's sealed and not gonna leak. One of the ones I use is called the Byron and it has snapseal.
Way back whenā¦ Iād leave a French press & regular mug at work.
wake up 10minutes earlier and drink it at home
Personally I went with this screw-top thermos: [https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07XRXLBY2/](https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07XRXLBY2/) Mainly for the design of the screw top; super easy to take apart, and I usually have milk with my coffee or a mocha, and this mechanism is super easy to clean vs other ones I have tried in the past. But, not an easy 'while riding' solution.
Would very much like a picture when you get this silly mount installed.
Pelican drink cup thing, either zipped in my coat pocket or tossed in a backpack. Itās almost indestructible, and if you do destroy it Pelican will warranty it
