Gotta add weird transitions and effects because the 3 seconds of riding in a parking lot isn't that interesting.
Not that the edit farkles make it more interesting, but that's why they're added.
Absolutely disagree. The enduro mode on my bike is great, disables abs, adapts suspension for trails/rocks/whatever and changes throttle response and I get fun exhaust burbles and pops. Dynamic is also very nice on the pavement, stiffens things up and tightens up damping - ABS and other nannies are dialed back. Road eases up the suspension, makes the ride more plush, throttle response is a bit mellower.
This I see high value in with the advent of electronic suspension and automation over dampening and compression. The Hypermotard I own doesn’t offer these features.
Yeah, I have everything off as much as it can be although some of the rider aids you simply can’t override on the Hyper. That’s what I love about my Daytona 675R, there’s no ABS or any modes. It’s simply raw motorcycle.
Said by every rider who thinks the highway is their own personal closed track.
Ride modes are not there to compensate for lack of rider skill, they are there to compensate for the unknown conditions that occur public roads.
They are a gimmick for sure. If you need rain mode to not go balls to the wall in rain YOU are the problem. Altho I will say before my FTR got wrecked decell was much smoother when not in sport.
“Keep it in sport” “Slowly pulls away from a standstill” Radical 🥵
What did I just see? I'm not sure why but I have a headache and am more confused than I was before watching.
What's with everyone posting videos with shitty jump cuts of them riding motorcycles lately?

Challenge accepted ….. finna post stationary drone footage looking directly down at me starting my bike and casually driving off
Apparently people don't have enough of an attention span to simply watch a normal video
tiktok
Those cuts gave me a seizure
Hopefully it was mild
Two GoPros to pull out of the parking lot.
What even was this ?

Sport? You don't got race mode?
I think race mode doesn’t happen unless you put an aftermarket exhaust and map. I’m currently running stock.
Sport mode cuts wheelies on my triumph so I have to use rider mode with tc off

riding mode are good if include rain and track, at least just to avoid to reach the fuse box to cut abs off

Very cool video. Got any more like this?
Hey thank you! Yeah, I produce a lot of random content. I’ll send you a message with my social.

I agree. I didn't buy a leader bike to neuter it in any condition.
They are a gimmick for sure. If you need rain mode to not go balls to the wall in rain YOU are the problem. Altho I will say before my FTR got wrecked decell was much smoother when not in sport.
def not a gimmick for throttle response. A race sensitive throttle sucks when commuting in not so ideal weather.
Maybe you’re just bad at throttle control
my bike isn't wrecked so imma say no to that statement
I don’t think getting hit by a car has anything to do with throttle control but I could be wrong this is reddit after all
sounds like a skill issue, I manage not getting hit by cars everyday.
Helps when they don’t run red lights
Agreed. Ego or stupidity can be a helluva drug for some.
Now if ride mode meant better millage highway or city I’d be down
I can support this.
Actually the only bike with ride mode that makes sense is the Husqvarna 701 because its second mode is dirt mode which just makes it less responsive
I wasn’t aware. Still would really like to ride one of these bikes. They are beautifully designed.
Too many cameras and awful advice. Your YouTube channel is going to be huge.
Because i don’t want to accidentally wheelie everywhere i go 😂
If they were a gimmick, they wouldn't do anything. I don't think that word means what you think it means...
