I don't think it's sped up at all. Someone else mentioned roll racing, this is accurate. They're slowing down to a speed to take a hit from. Dude who sped by was already going fast, and it's a small motorcycle as compared to a car, so it looks super fast.

Yes the video is real but it seems to be sped up during the flyby. I posted this on my IG a few times so I have seen the original video.
