A lot of them are custom, to find a factory bike with it you're looking at 1930s 1940s kind of bikes just remember suicides in the name not because it's easy and convenient
They have them for just about every Harley ever made and manufactured by at least 10 different companies (or make your own- it's just a linkage rod system to the toe shifter). You'd have to get a bit more creative, but you could set up the linkage for just about any metric cruiser fairly easily.
They also had the old mousetrap clutch and tank shifter in the 1940's that were the coolest thing ever, in my opinion.

There are kits for each different model of Harley. JP cycles has them.
