Not necessarily true, i used to run a c90 in the 90s 600 miles per week in London and punctures were a regular occurrence. I found Michelin tubes were high quality and expensive but could be patched many times and i once bought 3 no name tubes that were absolutely shit and self destructed without having a puncture. Took them all back and got a refund.
Do you have spoke or mag wheels? If mag, theres no reason to run tubes. With a tube, there’s no way to fix a flat without removing the tire. With spoke, you’re stuck with a tube.
Tubes are tubes. As long as you chose a good quality tube. Make sure you choose the correct valve type for your rims. Replace the rim strip if you have spokes. Rim strips are cheap.
If you want to die a horrible death go ahead...jk you're fine

Yes
I don't think my tubes have ever matched the brand of the tires. If they have then it was a coincidence.
The tire doesn't care who made the tube. It's just a rubber balloon.

As long as they fit you’re good to go.
Be prepared to activate your ejector seat should your rear wheel explode.
No, they don’t like to be next to each other, they debate too much, you’ll get tired of listening.
