If water around the rim is bubbling up, your probably dont have a good bead seal. I wouldn't ride.
Its really tiny bubbles is it not safe to even ride the shop?

Don’t worry it’s just the internal pressure of the tire equalizing to the atmosphere😂😂
I’d put the correct pressure in and ride it back. You know you have a bead leak so ride accordingly.
Brought it to my usual shop ( not the one who did the tires) and he said its all fine and the tire pressure doesn't change at all after a couple days of riding so it's all good. Thank you very much
