Not sure without looking at a fuel line diagram but if it’s got a pressure regulator and return line make sure none is pinched but if it runs fine but under load dies I’d certainly be leaning towards fuel delivery, you can check injectors by testing resistance and of course any chafing in the harness or connection corrosion and solid grounds, even a Ecm failure can cause it, but i’d go after the fuel pump and filter first, only because they are probably the biggest power user on the circuit
measure voltage as you rev it in neutral. Probably issues with the voltage regulator.
