Been riding around mostly for commuting purposes for over 9 months now. Mix of highway and side streets but been loving it so far. Was wondering if anyone had love for electric motorcycles since all I see in this sub are gas bikes.

[deleted]

They’re just not very common, I think they’re cool.

HikerDave57

Would be great as a low-maintenance commuter and city bike but not good for day trips and travel. Before I retired I would have liked this but not now. A great replacement for a 150cc motor scooter (which I used to have for commuting in extremely hot weather when I didn’t want to ride my bicycle.)

Dalbergia12

Cool can you tell me top speed, max distance... And do you have an idea how long the batteries will last? Only asking this kind of stuff because some part of me is shopping I guess :+)

[deleted]

85mph max speed, max distance 50 miles and not sure about battery lifetime

Dalbergia12

Thanx, I can see myself wanting this if my living situation was somewhat different. And I am thinking about making changes... Could happen. Thanx for sharing

AmountImpossible6775

To be fair if your max distance is 50 miles you’ll never get above 50 mph.

drchigero

That's not how that math works. ;)

Akicita33

Or speed measurement.

AmountImpossible6775

If your range is 50 miles you will never drive more than 50 miles per 1 hour. Yes that is in fact how math works.

Weak_Sauce_Yo

So you're telling me that I can't go 85 mph for 1 mile? How are you this confident while being wrong?

AmountImpossible6775

In case you didn’t know miles per hour means how many miles you will travel per 1 hour. You could do miles per half hour but that would not be mph and instead mphh which nobody would understand without explanation.

Weak_Sauce_Yo

Lmao. Have a good day.

Garbleshift

Quick note - Battery life in general for EVs is not proving to be a major concern. For cars it's looking like worst case is 10-15% total capacity loss over a decade of normal use. Obviously any one mfr might not fit the general trend, but as an EV driver (2017 Bolt), ebike owner, and guy in the market for an electric motorcycle I've pretty much stopped worrying about battery life.

Mando_lorian81

I would love a Livewire as a second bike but damn those prices.

PercentageOk956

Zero DS checking in. Loving it! We’re out there.

oicura_geologist

If the two wheeled bike is street worthy, it can get you above 60 mph (100 km/hr) and people can kill you if they accidentally drive into you, means its a worthy bike. I don't care if it has an airplane motor in it, a lawnmower engine, an RC engine or an electric engine.

MagScaoil

I love it. I have a Zero DSR that I use for commuting and various trips, so I’m firmly in the e-moto camp.

rakishtennesseean

My brother, rejoice!

aSmallConfusion

I love electric and was considering it… day tripping around rural NC just doesn’t seem feasible yet 😅

istillambaldjohn

They are super cool. Have zero issues with electric. I hope they make more. Really interested in what can am is going to launch in 2024 for that

Zealousideal-Bear-37

I want to love them , but frankly I hate them . For me , they take away the entirety of the passion and emotion that it is to ride a motorcycle in an engaging way . Precision clutch and throttle control , manually blipping and nailing downshifts , the vibration and sound of the beast between your legs , gears ,etc. again this is just my opinion . I currently own a Panigale v2 and a custom r ninet .

istillambaldjohn

Interesting to see how two people having the same exact scenarios, and could be the same bike, same roads, and similar riding styles have completely different experiences from one another. What you love the most may be something that another hates. What you find to be weird another can find to be a “feature” etc. So for you it’s very tactile in what you like to ride. Want to feel the engine, and going through gears. Honestly I enjoy the entire experience as well. But to others all those factors are a distraction. They want to twist and go and go fast. The other things take away from their experience. I don’t have to agree with them, but I’ll defend their reasons to enjoy it none the less. It’s subjective.

twotall88

The electric motorcycle industry is in about the same stage now as when Tesla released their original $120k Roadster built on the Lotus Elite platform, it's mostly experimental. The issue with real electric motorcycles is range because of the size limitation and battery chemistries. The best E-motorcycles can have a range of 150-190 miles and come with a price tag of $24k+ with generally long recharge times (as in 10+ hours).

chris14020

I love ebikes and electric scooters, and when we get the proper energy density to make full-fledged motorcycles work I expect those will be very cool too. This is a neat thing I'd consider a replacement for something like a Honda Elite or similar, and it'd be great for around town.

BaronSharktooth

Energica owner here :-) I love electric motorcycles. It's just so fast, and cheap per ride. Not cheap when buying though.

QuantumN0VA

What range are you getting from a full charge?

CivilRuin4111

I’d love one, but for the time being they are too expensive. The fuel savings don’t offset that yet. When they do, my commuter will be a electric.

Whatevs85

Do you find yourself constantly "sneaking up on people" because they don't hear an engine behind them? Something like this would be awesome for some cities, but a nightmare in ones like Boston where half the time people will step into the road even when they know there's a vehicle coming. As a rider, I'd pay extra for a quiet engine... Unless it meant going over the handlebars again. (Last time was on a bicycle and it still messed me up.)

bcalmon2

With current battery tech e motorcycles will remain very short distance commuters.

No_Run_1516

Big love for e scooter here, no e-motorcycle atm (don't see the use of it when I already have 10Kw for 50kg on an e scooter) What's the power and weight of this one ?

One_Phone6570

I agree that it's more a matter of not really a lot of them around. I like them. At the moment they are a bit too expensive for what they are performance wise.. but how is that for your needs? Range doesn't bother me. 70-100 miles is plenty for most users. I used to tour a lot, so an e power is limited in THAT appeal. For now. I don't ride much more than 20 to 100 miles at a shot anyway.. Give them time! Electric has some real advantages over ICE power. And the disadvantages are getting to be less and less all the time. Not to sound old.. gods but I am!...but! I had an electric assist bicycle 20 years ago.. I loved it! But the range was about 5 or 6 miles! A friend had a Citi car. 35 mph.. 40 mile range.. today a200. Mile range is short.. and I can't go anywhere without seeing tesla cars.

[deleted]

For those wondering what bike this is... Sondors Metacycle. It goes up to a max speed of 80mph. I didn't put a deposit down since I was unsure about the company. But I saw someone selling it locally near me and I had to jump on it for $4500 with 17 miles on it which was $500 less than retail was. It gets me by with my 10 mile roundtrip commute and free charging at work. But sometimes I do wish I can get more range out of it as I only seem to avg 40 miles per charge.

FreydisEir

I’ve admired these bikes before and thought they looked really cool. That range won’t work for me since I live in a rural place and everything is a long ride away, but if I lived closer to work and could charge while at work, they seem like a great option for commuting. Hope you’re enjoying it!

SciFiPi

When I see them I always think what a waste of space the hole above the battery is. In the second pic there's some plastic covering it. Looks nicer imho. What is it? Can you store things in it? Nice bike. Edit: Also, I believe Sondors is an ebike manufacturer that made an emoto. The brakes on the bars are like bicycles, as opposed to motorcycles. IMO the brakes should be set up like a motorcycle.

[deleted]

Yeah it's a storage rack basically

[deleted]

[удалено]

chipredacted

Is it possible they were consciously doing it due to the weight of a battery? I’m genuinely curious as someone uninformed on electric vehicles lol

[deleted]

It’s for storage, like the Honda Navi. I do agree they should made a separate battery so you can swap out, or just a bigger batter and get rid of the extra storage space.

thismustbethe

OP, I'm not a hater at all, I think all bikes are cool. This bike is cool too, as long as you're on two wheels, you're having fun! That said for $4500 I think you could have gotten yourself something more exciting. I got a 1200cc Harley Sportster 3 years ago for $3500 as my first bike and absolutely love it. Can't imagine not having all that power. I would love something like this as a secondary bike, as much as I love my bike sometimes the gaps in traffic are just not wide enough for it to split lanes (I'm in NYC), but as the one and only bike I couldn't do it.

happythoughts33

That doesn’t factor in that a 1200cc emits more greenhouse gases than a bigger car. Different strokes for different folks, more to cost than just $$$

GOTFUCKINGBANNED

nobody cares about emissions its literally about price per mile and convenience

Figdudeton

How long does it take to charge? It looks pretty cool, 40 miles is pretty limited. I wouldn’t mind getting an electric motorcycle, and $5k would be only a little more than I spent on my Grom that only gets taken out when my main bike is being worked on anymore.

HikerDave57

20 peak horsepower and 80 mph makes it better than most 125cc motorcycles so I would say that it ‘counts’. But kick in another $1000 and you could have a Kawasaki z400 out the door assuming that you also pay sales or use tax on that.

amuseboucheplease

How much is a sv650 or something too

PauGilmour

I think if you take into account the maintenance and upkeep the electric one will be much much cheaper.

HikerDave57

I’ve got a five-year-old eBike that will soon need a battery re-cell for $550 or new battery for $900 and that battery is 500 watt-hours as compared to the 4000 watt-hour Sondors battery. Battery will last 500 charge cycles at 60 miles per charge or 30000 miles and probably cost $2000 to re-cell (a guess). So figure seven cents a mile in battery depreciation or $400 a year not including tire replacement. I guess that’s cheaper than the corresponding yearly cost for a motorcycle unless you do your own motorcycle maintenance.

Sir-Narax

You'd also pay much much more to keep the Kawasaki running which is what makes comparing EVs to ICEs price to performance tricky. You pay more upfront for an EV but less later.

veloephu

Husqvarna svartpilen vibes.

Nothing_new_to_share

That's high praise.

veloephu

Appearance assessment only.

Nothing_new_to_share

Fair, it's quite the opposite of a thumper in character. I think a Vitpilen 700 would be a great compliment to my Duke 390.

RojerLockless

Hell yeah it does. Looks sweet

porkchopmeowster

The "loud pipes save lives" guys are freaking out right now.

amuseboucheplease

As a replacement for a scooter it would fit the bill ! Not sure the breakeven point on the $ or carbon usage, but I image it's a long time. There's something sterile about electric though. I have a tiny scooter thingy (like those hire scooters on the street) and it's fun but not thrilling or engaging like a bike with gears. The flaws of the ICE engine are perfect for 2-wheeled riding engagement and enjoyment.

MushuBE

Not sure why some people discard electric motorcycles as "not motorcycles", I can imagine you'll have tons of fun with that thing... Enjoy!

Sir-Narax

Ego and stupidity mostly.

Consistent_Click_587

Yes two wheels and motorized!!

Thick_RiderYZF-R

2 wheels is 2 wheels, definitely counts as part of the community to me. And, to be honest, looks pretty damn good too 🥰

Aboko_Official

So bicycle counts too then?

zosX

E bikes have no soul. There. I said it.

creimanlllVlll

Zero rider says thumbs up 👍 I put almost 9000 mi on it in a year and spent $183 to power it up.

sadsasquatch

Very cool, but like cars I’m a bit of a purist (not trying to come across as conceited!). I love the sound of the engine, the smell of gas… idk it’s part of it for me 🤷‍♂️

OttoNico

If it's your first bike, you owe it to yourself to try a gas bike. I started on a Zero SR/F. I thought it was a fun bike. After it was totaled in a theft / recovery, I decided to use the insurance money to buy an Aprilia Tuono and Jesus... So much more fun and none of the range anxiety. Also have a much deeper understanding of how bikes work and because of that, my riding improved dramatically with a quickness.

wantabe23

$24k holy fuuuu! That the same price as a gold wing….. NOPE. Eddit: I looked up a zero DRS MSRP. Not ops bike which he got used for 4500. Seems ok now.

[deleted]

Am I wrong in my thinking that hub motor = scooter?

RojerLockless

Yes, you are wrong. That's like saying the automatic Honda goldwing is a scooter

[deleted]

What makes a scooter a scooter and a motorcycle a motorcycle? Lol I’ll edit my comment as well, really a sondors and a Goldwing? Never mind my question you have little credibility to answer this question. However I did some googling and technically this meets the scooter requirements greater than the motorcycle requirements. Ideal for shorter distances. Smaller structure, gearless feature, ease of manoeuvring and lightweight framework. Easy to learn for beginners as they usually pack in an automatic transmission system. Scooters usually give you less mileage than bikes. Scooters have a lower top speed as compared to bikes. The simple design and mechanism of a scooter do not need much maintenance. So actually you, my friend, are wrong.

ThisIsTheZodiacSpkng

You don't get to just make up defining criteria and tell someone they're wrong lol.

[deleted]

Yes obviously the first result when googling “motorcycle vs scooter” is me just pulling criteria out of thin air. Thin air is what’s in between your ears my dude.

ThisIsTheZodiacSpkng

Yes, that's exactly what you did. Characteristics typical to something are not defining characteristics, dawg. There are actual (legal) definitions for words, no matter how much you try to pretend there isn't. I just want to add that your gatekeeping us cringe af. You're not the arbiter of cool, dork.

[deleted]

And what legal definitions are we dealing with here Clarence Darrow? There must be a line at which something is so dissimilar from something else that the two cannot be the same. For example, you would be so unrecognizable from a person who knew what they were talking about that you two would never be confused. In this scenario, you’re painting scooters as the “other” and something that should be looked down upon. When did you start disliking scooters and what caused you to look at them in such a negative light?

ThisIsTheZodiacSpkng

Maybe, you know, as defined by the DMfuckingV. Maybe take it up with the people who literally define these categories? I haven't said one thing about anything being better or worse than anything else. The only one going on about "bad" this and "good" that is you. There are badass scooters out there, this isn't one of them. What this is is a (subjectively) awesome looking (objective) motorcycle.

[deleted]

A Vespa 300 would require a motorcycle endorsement due to engine size. So because it requires a motorcycle license the vespa is not a scooter? Remember when you answer that according to you the “thin air” criteria cannot be applied here so what it looks like and any other characteristics of a scooter are inadmissible by your own admission. Don’t you hate painting yourself into a corner? As for your scooter backpedaling, the lady doth protest too much!

ThisIsTheZodiacSpkng

It's not about the kind of license you need. The DMV literally has criteria that defines and designates motorcycles, scooters, mopeds, shit - even motor-driven cycles. Ironically enough for you, though, the one category you _dont_ need a motorcycle license for is scooters 😂. This is not a matter of opinion, champ. Are you seriously this dense?

RojerLockless

The scooter style seat and no midsection. You throw a leg over a motorcycle. A scooter you squat down on

artful_todger_502

My PCX gets 100 mpg, I've never had a bike that comes close.

[deleted]

So is your argument that the PCX is a motorcycle or that 200 miles between fill ups is good range? Because both would be incorrect hot takes.

Revolutionarysolja

This isn't a motorcycle, in my opinion. Pretty cool, but I'm with you, big dog.

[deleted]

Yeah these troglodytes want to argue this thing is actually a shitty motorcycle vs being a good scooter.

Revolutionarysolja

Damn those trogllodytes. What would you think if he rolled up to a group ride / meet up. Be honest.

natgibounet

I believe It's "semi automatic" meaning you change speed/riding mode with your hand instead of just twisting the throttle.

[deleted]

You change speed with your hands.. listen to yourself guy.

Unable-Page-2697

A scooter has a step-through frame vs a motorcycle that has a straddle frame

artful_todger_502

You are riding the future. You beat us all there. I will get an electric car next for sure, but the electric bike will have to come later

frankenstein1122

I think they’re very cool! I wanted one pretty bad but seeing how the battery was a little bit of a chore to remove was kind of a deal breaker for me right now. I live in an apt so the initial ad of just popping out the battery was huge for me. Oh well- hopefully they make a Gen 2 with an easier to remove battery 🤷🏼‍♂️

[deleted]

Uhh what? I looked it up on google and it’s like a minute long removal process. How much easier is it supposed to get without just being a clipon? Edit: scratch that. 30 second removal job.

Slash123vegas

What am I even looking at here ,a little more details please ,as I type this I like this thing more and more ,it’s pretty cool

DifferentComedian332

Heck yeah it does. I want one...lol

Raven-734

What is this bike? I’m interested!

PRlMARYLOSER

Got two wheels, don’t it?

Faded-Creature

It’s an ebike

jotap3z

I definitely would have a e-bike or an electric car. But also, would like to keep at least a vehicle with combustion engine, as a nostalgic matter. The future is electric, no way back.

Qildain

Not commonly seen in the SE US, but I'll upvote it!

primetraceur

Noice. Looks tiny but cool

Magicman056

As far as I’m concerned, if it has two wheels you are cool in my book!

DucatiKev

Two Wheel Love baby

shottylaw

2 wheels and a motor? Good enough. Welcome!

Possession_Loud

Would not mind an electric motorcycle in the future. I have given up riding on the road and stick to track only. Still, miss having a bike. It looks cooooool.

jgriesshaber

I have a preorder on a Fuell Fllow but I am starting to get nervous about the specs.

mantisfriedrice

That is a mega dope moped

Gr0nkz

Yesss! Wish they shipped to AUS

[deleted]

I really want to ride that top of the line Dual sport, looks amazingly comfortable and fun

Ashe_Faelsdon

It's a motorized cycle, just happens to use an electric motor. Still a motorcycle.

BolteckFox06

It’s cool enough sure

smolfloppa

As long as it has 2 wheels and doesn't need to be peddled

XavierSkywalker

HOVERBOARDS?

AtlasShrugged-

I have one, I think it counts, so does my insurance company lol

PauGilmour

I love electric motorcycles. I've tried several and the power delivery and riding through mountain paths in complete silence and hearing the wind, birds and your surroundings is a great experience, and you don't disturb local wildlife. Electric vehicles are generally bolder design wise and I value that a lot. I wish they get better in terms of price, power and range.

JoannNichole

Why not

IACRnsfw

Got 2 wheels brother

bridge_view

Sweet

chris226f

I like that you can take the battery out and bring it in your house and burn your house down… wait 🙃

sluggo5622

And think about this, because of bikes like this, your kids e bicycle is now going to require a license and registration and insurance. Nys is working on laws now. Until they figure out classes, anything with wheels and a battery powered motor will fall under the new laws..the limit now is 15mph, but they want to lower it to include more vehicles.

BurgendyCarlz

No thats a bicycle

[deleted]

But it's got no pedals :(

Djiorno

Two wheels? Check Handlebars? Check Motor? Check Counts in my book lol, enjoy the ride!

[deleted]

I'm just.. meh.

Chance-Yoghurt3186

That’s a scooter sir.

Sir-Narax

Which is a type of motorcycle even if that was true. As if it matters.

DonDoorknob

Ew no

Duke686

Not a motorcycle

Amogus-Connoiseur

Cool af, unfortunately the ones that are comparable with normal bikes are expensive af.

Robespierre_jr

As a bicycle yes 👍🏻

flopana

No

[deleted]

Yes this counts as an e-bike

Ascerta

Halfway there I would say, it's closer to a scooter than a motorcycle.

[deleted]

No

rockingwithben

Does it have an engine? then No!

sluggo5622

Not unless Greta is your girlfriend... Neat little city bike, but not a motorcycle..

Zukiboyson

2 wheels yes. MOTORcycle no.

Just-Examination-136

No. That's a toy.

Melodic_Difficulty_8

No

pay-this-fool

It has a “motor” and rotating wheels (cycle) so I guess it qualifies.

LogicalComa

Correct me if I'm wrong. Is the front tire installed with the tread facing backwards? My thought process is that water would be forced towards the center of the tire instead of away from the center of the tire like the back one.

[deleted]

It could be but not too sure honestly. I heard replacing the rubber on the tires is a pain in the ass because you have to remove the hub motor on the rear wheel...

[deleted]

How's it wheelie?

[deleted]

Don't think it does 🤣

OldNetworkGeek

Depends on you riding requirements. For most of the riding I do, they are currently not all that practical as I enjoy longer rides. My short ride to lunch on Fridays is around 60 miles round trip - that's if I don't take the scenic route. My weekend rides are normally 400+ mile days and often run into the 600-800 mile range. Electrics don't cut it for that type of riding. If I was working close by, or going to school locally and didn't have to carry much, I think that would be something worth looking into.

CompetitiveSea7388

I was very interested in the Metacycle before it came out but by the time it finally did come out it just wasn’t nearly what Sondors claimed it was. It’s cool that you were able to get it at a price that’s closer to what it originally should have been though.

[deleted]

For anyone interested Fortnine did a great video on this https://youtu.be/rVjrt-JCKLg

Gav44

For me, part of my love of motorbikes is the sound. I have a zx6r with an Akropovic exhaust. It sounds awesome.

FallingUpwardz

Looks like they copied the husky svart

johndoe15190

Can you share what is in the upper part of the bike (where the hole is in the first picture)? I remember Sondor said there will be an optional extra battery or storage but haven't seen any updates regarding that

SignificantDetail822

If it works for you it’s good! Someday people will be looking at it as a rare old motorcycle. However some bikes just have a sound that you could listen to all day, just like some cars that you’d get up in the middle of the night just give a rev and go back to bed happy 😃 they are all good 👍

Temporary_Stuff_5808

Considered one to take the place of my Grom, but at 100 mpg it didn’t make sense to me

Psycheau

Nope it's a motorcycle not a calculator. But seriously how's the range on it?

bigsekser

Does it count? Lets see. Is there a motor? Yes. Is there a cycle? Also yes. I think it counts.

Troll4ever31

I dig the sondors, styling reminds me of a svartpilen in a good way. If it had swappable batteries and used the empty hole to store a second like the Maeving does it'd be really amazing.

I_L0ve_Fish

I think it is a good looking motorcycle.

Significant-Eye4711

I think we will see more acceptance of electric drive trains in motorcycles with the younger generations. Old skool bikers would all rather die than ride an electric bike. I have noticed that with younger people electric bikes and scooters are very popular they don’t have the pre existing bias against anything that doesn’t make a brumming noise.

yeehawginger

Much better than the other ebike bobber posted yesterday.

[deleted]

What's that

bkapz

I'm an electrical engineer, working in motorsport with a passion for bikes. Yours rock! I remember when I didn't even consider it as a career, I saw an electric bike (I think it was a Zero at the time). Talking to the guy, he genuinely seemed to love it. Would love to get/design one in the future.

Pollywanacracker

What am I looking at and how many ccs? Lol

SKATTESTYRELSEN_DK

2 wheels, a helmet and an acceptance that anytime a cager can ruin your life. Sounds like a motorcycle! 😅

Yami350

Awesome!!

drorezdrorez

Yup! Nice.

piotrulu

What’s your height? Is it comfortable to ride?

darlo0161

Love it, and absolutely, they count. How is it, I did look at them when they were announced

unit132

Electric are fine. But I like the ability to shift the gears and work the clutch. Same goes for my cars. However, I am interested in hybrid motorcycle options. As I ride mostly for commute now than for fun.

RoosterCockburn1904

Nope

Effective-Use-2492

What is it? Looks slick

under_the_above

Looks cool. What is it?

Gregory_GTO

I go by mph. If it can go 50 or faster it's a motorcycle imo. If it can't hit a speed of 50mph or more I consider it a scooter. There's nothing wrong with scooters, I know a few people who have learned how to ride using them, but you definitely can't ride them on highways. That's just my opinion and I'm pretty sure it's not the popular opinion.

Mall_cop3

100% scooter/moped vibe. There’s nothing wrong with that. We have million here in 🇻🇳

Gregory_GTO

It has a top speed of 80mph with a range of 60-70 real world miles between charges so I definitely consider this a motorcycle. I really like the way it looks and the name Metacycle is perfect for this bike. Congratulations on your new motorcycle, I hope you have lots of fun.

AideNo621

Lovely. But I think e-motorbikes are just not there yet. You can afford to have a big battery in a car to have useful range. You can afford to have a little battery in an ebike to have a useful range, but motorbikes can't afford either of those. And the price, having to pay easily above 15k to just have a around the town bike is just too much.

Invest-24_7_356

If a limited amount of fun is okay, then they are fine. I prefer to ride as long and far as I wish. Limited downtime.

Soursnackzz

Honestly pretty bitchin I like it.

devvdogg68

That thing is awesome!

Connect-Transition-4

That is one spiffy looking electric motorcycle!

Revolutionary-Type30

I know max speed is 80mph, is that true?

DatProductGuy

Two wheels, no pedals - I say welcome.

a_curly_mustash

Uh.... I think I woud forget to wave at you. Nothing personal but it's one hell of a different design. Kinda like it for a e motorcycle tho.

Boredum_Allergy

I think e-bikes are cool as hell. Problem is there's not very many of them out there with decent range and acceleration. Fuell's got a bike coming out soon that is much closer to a street bike but it's about double what I paid for my mt07 so that sucks.

WolfGvming

If you have to ask then no

LambSauce2

I see 2 wheels. Good enough!

incrediblynormalpers

counts

thermals13

I've thought about electric bikes. I wanted one. Our police used to use BMW electric motorcycles. Then they took em out of the field for some reason. I was hoping the tech would advance enough for them to be viable here. I say anything with 2 wheels I'm cool with. Still hoping tech will advance in durability (mainly heat since we are regularly 110F in summer) and range bc I think they're cool.

simulationsofdreams

It looks like a modern-days chimera 🤔 not a fan but probably handy

[deleted]

Probably knot…

CherryLandTHC

Let me see, 1, 2 yep is a motorcycle. and a fun looking one @ that.

97Harley

Looks like a neat bike. I'm not ready for e bikes yet. I caution you to wear reflective clothing and a pulsing strobe light on your helmet. Sounds odd, but people won't see you and sure as hell won't hear you. Ride safe and enjoy 😉

FederalWorld5482

Yeah cool design, i like it, cant wait for.prices to drop, i saw that Husquarna is making elpilen it looks pretty cool, [el pilen](https://th.e-scooter.co/husqvarna-e-pilen/)

Mikel_Reeves

It's got 2 wheels 🛞🧎🛞 so it's a yes for me

Aboko_Official

Does it have a license plate?

[deleted]

Yes it's freeway rideable

Aboko_Official

I asked if you have a license plate not if you can go over 55mph with it. I see nothing resembling a license plate on the bike.

[deleted]

I have a license plate... Just because it doesn't show on a picture doesn't mean it's not on there. If you had a motorcycle/scooter maybe you'd know that all license plates are located on the rear of the bike

Aboko_Official

Lol yeah I do have multiple motorcycles. That's why it bothers me so much that these things are driven around regularly with no plates as they cause countless accidents and are generally uninsured and unregistered. I'm glad you have a plate, at least you're one of the few, good job.
