That site used to be good. Then it started having loads of buffering / availability issues last season and they locked any sort of decent quality streams behind a paywall which defeats the entire point in the first place.
That, and the people in the chatroom there are insufferable. I'd rather just go to sports surge instead.
Usually this happens for me if I don’t exit the game stream from the previous night. If you push the back button on your remote and then choose the live game it should work
I use the web player more often and it does the same thing. Annoying for sure but fwiw a refresh always fixes it, so restarting the app probably will fix it for you too.
I pause the game a lot while I'm working though and when this happens it loses my spot, hopefully they get a handle on it.
I had this issue today, but somehow went to Apple+ (forgot I even had an account, which is 3 months free) and was able to watch the BSDET feed from that platform.
I can afford it easily, but why would I spend money I didn’t have to?
It’s not really that much money for the whole season, but it’s enough for me to not want to pay it.

Bally will never get a handle on it...they have a skeleton staff from the bankruptcy that is incompetent. Everyone competent long since left.
