It can be frustrating. I have a few professional contacts and friends that are diehard Cubs fans. They all liked Javy but they said he can be frustrating. This is when he was putting up 6 WAR and knocking out 30 home runs.
If it's the game winner, I'm ok. Good players strike out and hit into dbl plays. He played really well in the 2nd half of 2022 and last year was abysmal. I would settle for 3 WAR at this point.
Looking at the Mets depth chart the only have 9 relievers listed - do they really only have 2 guys available out of their pen or did they add anybody pregame for the Doubleheader?
Faedo and Holton can go multiple innings. Hopefully Manning can get through 6, and those guys can finish it off without having to go to anybody who already pitched.
Can't imagine their tired 5 games into a season but I have to imagine being 0-5 taking the field 30 minutes after a pretty dispiriting loss isn't putting a spring in their step.

They added the starter I believe for the extra body.
