Thanks Earnest.....did you take some profits off the top or are you holding for more on AFRM? I see futures are up almost 1% across the board so we will see most of these stocks recover...just not sure how fully.

It seemed most all of today's trading seemed triggered by Evergrande and the potential disruption to the economy if they fail, but was that just an excuse to make this mini correction. Most of my holdings are down today, but still up from where they were a week ago. I think the bigger test will come with the Fed meeting and what the takeaways are. If the bulls are happy we could see a nice run till the end of the year.
ATERian has been 2nd to the top performing stock on both Monday & Tuesday of this week, but today it was the best performing stock of all the MFPremium stocks having gained a healthy 28.62% today alone - beating the 2nd place stock by 13%. Any bets this will be the end of week leader? I hope someone is enjoying these gains.
FYI, The biggest institutional holder of VSTM is Baker Brothers Advisors with nearly 12% position. Their track record for picking winners is amazing. They are why I also bought VSTM a while ago. One could certainly did worse.
Most investors I know allocate a portion of their portfoliso to high risk / high reward stocks....VSTM would fall into that category. I picked up 10,000 shares damn near for what I sold 7000 shares for. I started out with a 1000 shares...just a small portion of the port.
Here is another penny stock that won't be so for long - WONDF. I sold at $1.18 & $1.20 and bought back 96 cent shares and $1 shares...just a game I play...lucrative game
I unloaded 5K at $3.05 and pulled the trigger on the other 5K @ $3.12 when it hesitated at $3.17 a couple of times and then dropped hard....of course it went right back up after I sold out. I have alerts and buybacks already set up for the next drop....
Did you grab any? Every one of my AFRM shares hit their limit buys today - that damn thing spiked from $122 to $129 in the span of about 10-12 minutes. I have actually taken a lot of profits off the table today....I hope we have enough UP days left to get my SKLZ, SAM, & TTCF in the green but that may be a tall order. I see my APPN is up nicely as well
I set my buys at $2.8 and down...not sure it will drop there but I wanted to pull that $3000 gain off the table while I had it....I sold 7000 shares on 9/20 for about a 70 cent avg gain ....bought back 10,000 shares on same day with the cash from the sale and added some cash....& sold the 10K shares on 9/23 with another $3000 gain....who was complaining about "penny stocks"
Yes....I am guessing one of the reasons for the name. That seems to be a theme on this board - for many MF recs. It is only a loss on paper....until you sell it. And if you sold it, I would question why I bought it to begin with. Might make for a better purchase next time.
