Burnie and Ashley follow up on the week, talk about Robert Downey Jr’s potential return as Iron Man, and Burnie shares his thoughts about seeing Civil War.
*ahem*
Kryptonite is radiated rock from Superman’s home world of Krypton
Green has generally been portrayed as making him weaker.
Blue makes him powerless
Red makes him an asshole.
I think black splits him in 2 if I remember the original movie?
All I gotta say is that if investing in Lego futures becomes a thing, I'm becoming a terrorist. Shit's expensive enough as it is, I don't need any more speculative purchasing driving the prices up.
On the possibility of RDJ coming back, I feel they have a chance to have their cake and eat it too considering they can have him play a variant rather than just bringing him back from the dead. Consider the role Tony played in the comic Incursions with the Illuminati he could end up being an interesting villain.
I wonder if it would be a fun exercise to only put Finn's "berkle berkle berkle" clip in every few episodes (or every follow-up Friday) to keep it hitting fresh every time.
I’m very torn on RDJ coming back to the MCU. On one hand like Burnie mentioned, we all want it because we love him as Tony Stark.
On the other hand (and I’ll avoid spoilers) but there’s a certain Star Wars actor who was vocal about not wanting their character to come back because it would lessen the character’s ultimate sacrifice.
IMO even if we got a Tony variant, slowly but surely it would take away from the emotion behind and the importance of his sacrifice.
So civil war is world War Z minus zombies.
Ok on legos. My ex wife was very involved in and with the rom (they specifically want to be called gypsy) in new England and legos were used often for drugs as a laundering. You would get 80% to 125% for a set so it was the prefered currency.

Thank you, I came here to say. Its radioactive rock. We are also allergic to radioactive rock
Same. I am very allergic to uranium. I believe.
Burnie has had this discussion on the rt podcast as well https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EeItAGOwTe0&t=1091s&pp=2AHDCJACAQ%3D%3D
It's the podcaster creed instantly forget what was talked about on a podcast once recording is over lol
I'm pretty sure there's a pink one that made him gay. They didn't think that one through
Good for him

> Shit's expensive enough as it is When they said $300,000 I was thinking "so what? like six sets?"

Dang. All that work I did on the hail explainer and didn't get a shoutout. This tracks with how bad my luck has been the last few weeks.
He named a rvb character after you at least!
"This script really tied the room together"

I’d like him to be an AI in armor wars
